WORST EVER!!!!
I ordered several Mtn Snow Pieris several weeks ago. They took my money and said that they were in stock. One week later, I changed the ship date and they said no problem. They didn’t ship at the later date and I was told that they weren’t quite ready yet. No problem until today when I get an email saying that they are no longer in stock. WTF? Where are the ones that I ordered? I understand if plants are out of stock, but when I placed my order, they were listed as in stock. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Will never do business with them again. Now I have to find new ones to buy.

Don't waste your time or money!
I ordered a shurb on April 18th 2026. As of May 3rd 2026 it still has not shipped. I was told they could not ship it yet because of the planting zone I want it delivered to. Through several messages I was told they would ship it on May 11th. Ive now got an email saying May 18th. I have told them I bought the plant, I want the plant shipped and still nothing. It is my responsibility to care for the plant and theirs to ship it. After this review I think my only choice is to request my money back and oder it somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY .

I stumbled onto Plant Addicts while searching on the internet for new plants for my flower garden. I was attracted to the great variety of plants that were offered. I ordered a rhododendron for my flower garden and I just received it yesterday. My plant arrived in great condition and it was packaged with a lot of care. I was very satisfied with my order and I would highly recommend Plant Addicts to anyone who is a plant lover like myself.

Most beautiful plants I have ever received from a website
I am an avid gardener. I have ordered from almost all north American online nurseries. Bulbs, trees, plants. I have never had a plant arrive from an internet order that was as beautiful, healthy and well packed. Literally took my breath away when I opened the lilac. I’m a convert!
