Plant Addicts is a wonderful online plant store. My plants were all packaged in excellent condition. No damage during shipping. Excellent quality plants with beautiful foliage. Fantastic prices. I had an overall wonderful purchasing experience! Highly recommend!

EASY TO USE WEBSITE AND GOOD SELECTION OF PLANTS

The only reason it is not a 5 is there was a significant delay on shipping. Once the plants were received I found them packaged securely, beautiful and healthy. That is worth everything if you have ordered plants from several online businesses. I will order from them again

I am extremely impressed with Plant Addict’s customer service, their responsiveness, and doing the right thing!!! Renzo T. was absolutely fabulous in responding quickly to my case, clearly communicating what would help the investigation, keeping in touch, escalating my issue, and following up to make it right without me having to reach back to get a status at any time. Ultimately, they are doing the right thing by providing me a new plant just over a year later to make it right without my ever asking. I can’t say enough about Renzo or Plant Addicts - it’s truly appreciated!!! It’s often not about the sale, it’s how customer service treats you if there are issues after the sale and Plant Addicts was amazing!!!

I purchased a Dutchman’s Pipe Aristolochia Macrophylla in Feb 2025 and as per the schedule for Zone 9, I received it on April 5, 2025. I bought the size # 2 pot from Plant Addicts and it was actually a little bit less than a size # 1 pot I got from another online vendor of the same plant.

The plant was received in dormancy and I was honestly a little shocked at first by its looks but it was packaged extremely well!!! However, my shock quickly went away as it started leafing in less than a week and grew wonderfully and beautifully the last year!!!

Fast forward, one year later it went into dormancy over the winter and we had extremely cold week(s) here in Florida for long hours and it made it thru like a champ. It came out of dormancy again and it has been leafing out beautifully and grown even more stems/leaves.

On 4/13/2026, it got its very first flowers but the flowers belong to a Aristolochia Tomentosa and not Macrophylla. I was in a little dismay and escalated late on a Saturday night and on Monday found a response to my issue that came Sunday morning. Thankfully I had saved the pot tag by cutting it out and provided more details and more photos. I was informed after the investigation was complete, Renzo/Plant Addicts wants to ensure I received the plant I purchased and they initiated a replacement plant. I haven’t gotten the plant yet but I’m confident it will be in amazing health and can only assume it has been confirmed to be an A. Macrophylla. I look forward to ensuring I have for future Pipevine Swallowtails visiting one day!!!

I searched everywhere online. I was lucky to fine you had them. I thought your description said 3" pots but 3 gallon pots arrived with very nice tall plants. They are a little in shock and have some broken branches but I think they are going to make it, No telling how they were treated in transit. The cardboard was torn in some places. I am pleased though.

Order took 6+ weeks to arrive; reason given was plants weren’t well-established yet. However no notification on website that plants would not be mature enough for shipping for several weeks. Among the order, 2 Russian Sage, for which I paid nearly $40 each. One plant was a struggling 2 1/2” plant with no healthy, developed root system, and the other pot contained just potting soil- no plant at all. The company did refund the cost of these two.
Overall, the 6 plants that did arrive were immature and undersized, and not worth the high prices, particularly compared to plants I ordered from 3 other online nurseries.

I recently received my order of 3 rosebushes from Plant Addict. The plants were in excellent condition, beautifully healthy, and packaged so that the plants sustained no damage in transit. So now I'm back for more and have my new go to online source for beautiful, great quality plants and excellent, mindful service.

This was my first time using Plant Addicts and wasn't disappointed. I ordered a Top Point chamaecyparis and it arrived in excellent condition and was packaged very securely and was shipped very fast. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend them.
