I had some plants that came pretty damaged and one was missed from my original order. I took pictures of how the boxes looked and how poorly they were handled by UPS. I sent all that to the nursery. The quality of the plants I ordered were great and healthy. My customer support person was excellent. He was caring, professional, and went out of his way to correct the issues I had. I would use this nursery again.

I ordered a Daylily plant and I received it today. It was absolutely beautiful and was packaged very well!! I have more plants on order and will definitely buy from them again without hesitation!

Easy order online

Not a good company to deal with. I was sent a damaged very small phlox plant. I ordered a number one size phlox and was sent a much smaller one. The plant is damaged and I submitted photos and was told normally they come back and they will agree this time to replace the damaged plant however, they cannot assure me that a future shipment will not be in the same condition because once they ship it with UPS it’s between UPS and the customer. I ordered two shrubs and three plants from this place. I requested they canceled my future shipments that I paid for and they refused to do that as well. Avoid at all cost.

I used the live chat b/c I had questions about ordering specific products & them being delivery by Mother’s Day. Had a quick response and placed the order immediately. Can’t wait to see how the plants take on my mother’s garden.

For the price, I was expecting larger and healthier plants. After receiving, I realized I could get the SAME plant (that I paid $15 for plus shipping) at my local stores for $5. I ordered 5 plants and not sure 3 are going to survive.
Pricing is insane. I will not order from this company again.

I’ve used mail order companies since 1983 to build my gardens. My experience with Plant Addicts has been exceptional. If you’re looking for unique, well grown, meticulously packed and healthy you will find it with this company. I have not had the need to test their warranty but have confidence, based on other actions, that they will stand by their
promise. As the saying goes: you can have it fast, cheap or good…pick two. For your investment, you will promptly receive a large healthy plant from a company that values your business.

Good descriptions and colored pictures. Check out process was easy.

When I updated my shipping address it erased my credit card information. MORE IMPORTANTLY: Some sites allow me to delay my shipping estimated arrival date to allow for when I will be out of town. That would be nice. POSITIVE: You had Eden Climbers in stock. Most places do not.

You had a rose I couldn’t find elsewhere; checkout was simple and quick.

Family owned, a little expensive but I'm sure they take care of their plants and ship well. All I can say until I receive them!

They have great customer service and ship healthy, beautiful plants every year according to when the frost in your growing zone is done. They have an amazing selection and give lots of info on all of their products. They never disappoint!
