Not only are the terrariums awesome.

Not only are the terrariums awesome looking and bring a great ambiance to my office. Customer service is great as well! One of the terrariums that I ordered, was damaged. I emailed support with pictures and a receipt for the the product and shipping insurance. Jennifer from support was totally awesome and processed a replacement to me that same day.

Placed and order with them nearly a…

Placed and order with them nearly a month ago, it's been sitting at "shipping label created for nearly 3 weeks now. Emailed customer support, received a response saying they will check with logistics. Nothing since then, I would never order again or recommend them.

Company not reliable and quality not there

Ordered a Zenflow terrarium from PlantPico.com on 4/15/2025. Did not receive the item until 7/11/2025 after requesting a refund. Sending an email to their support team has resulted in a response but sometimes no action. When I received the item, it did not contain all plants indicated in the pictures. I was extremely disappointed with the item I received.
PlantPico could be more honest with the delivery time frames and make sure the quality is in every item they send out.

I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3…

I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks now. Some goofball named Lucas will not answer any of my follow up emails. Why is it that all of these new companies have terrible customer service? Do yourself a favor and do not support this company. I hope they go out of business.

1/3 for real

I've had a oddly unique experience with this company. I actually received 1 out of 3 items that I ordered, albeit a little late, and it was, actually, of good quality. Since then, I've been stuck in an AI loop of emails with their customer service with no progress or apparent human interaction. I keep trying and don't outright say "scam", because i did legit receive a good product, just not the other two that I ordered. The customer service IS crap.

Still don’t have my order

I ordered a plant and lamp for my partner’s birthday. I ordered the plant on May 26th and was told it would arrive by June 9th. I am still waiting on it. The tracking number provided says the item has not been picked up yet. When I reach out to customer service they are not helpful at all and will not give me a date when the plant will arrive. The gift missed my partners birthday and the company has taken no responsibility with telling me when I will receive it or offering a refund.

Never sent me the product

Never sent me the product. Wasted my time for 3 months waiting for it. Emails say it is on the way but it never comes. Scam!

"Label created" but UPS never received…

"Label created" but UPS never received anything to ship. Customer service keeps saying that during this "busy season" (May??) tracking updates are often delayed. Clearly a scam.

I'm a sucker

They ripped me off 219 dollars. I have a wife on the hospice and ask them to get it here. They made a shipping. label for it. Did nothing.It was nothing more than a stall. Tactic.. I will never buy anything on facebook again and this has definitely changed my life. I will be more careful now.I walked right into them. They say there's one born every minute, I guess I was born in that particular minute for them.

My order was not delivered to my front…

My order was not delivered to my front door and i certainly did not sign for it. I have been reporting this issue for 2 months. They got back to me and said it was delivered and signed for. I received a blurry picture that was not my front door. and the package appeared to be crushed in the photo. I have had zero help resolving the issue. I have ordered prior and had no problems but my last order they have been zero help saying their delvery team says I signed and it was delivered. NOT TRUE. I would be cautious if you order the custiomer service is terrible!!! This would have been my third order. I asked to show me proof of my signature!

Avoid at all costs.

Product shipped, but the moss doesn't stay green/grow. I bought a lamp, they shipped the wrong item (base only without the lamp), and after many emails, promised to send it, but never did.
Very disappointed for what is an expensive item. Not as advertised. Avoid.

I ordered the Zen Garden Terrarium with…

I ordered the Zen Garden Terrarium with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Upon arrival, one of the plants was missing from the garden. Despite contacting support and being assigned case for a replacement, the missing plant was never received, even though the case was marked as resolved.

Additionally, all the plants in the garden have since died, despite our diligent efforts to keep them moist and following all provided instructions. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this product and repeated emails and calls to the company have gone unanswered. A full refund was requested.

A total scam

A total scam. I received a dead pico garden and kept getting promised that I would receive A new one. They kept kicking it down the road and finally sent me one single half dead plant. Stay away at all cost.

This place is a SCAM

This place is a SCAM. They will send you a product that looks nothing like what is displayed on their website. They will offer to send you a replacement and wait 30 days and inform you that the product you received is okay and they will not be sending a replacement. DO NOT ORDER from them. Everything you do takes a month. I have photos of what I received and all the communication with PlantPico where they looked at my photos and offered a full replacement.
