This is a great product

This is a great product. My wife has many plants, but this terrarium is now her favorite. The item arrived packed very well. Easy to unpack. Set and looks great.
Order any other items from Plantpico.com. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful

It came intact, although 1 of the plants was dead on arrival, Jennifer was understanding and got a replacement sent out the next day.

Will definitely be purchasing another soon.

Spend money for wild goose chase, BEWARE!

Rotating stand ordered in August, tracking provided but never sent. Reached out for replacement, was told it’d be taken cared of, still nothing. Was also told cat figurine would be replaced, nothing happened — this was in September, it’s now mid October.
Reached out about dying tree within 30days of receiving terrarium for warranty. Who knows how long that would take to fulfill like my other two requests.

Trust the process

Trust the process! Shipping time was long’ but my sister loved the zen garden . It’s so unique and was a great addition to their prayer room!

This is a terrible company to do…

This is a terrible company to do business with. I ordered a plant in early November 2024 for my son. The plant was to be a Christmas gift. It did not arrive by Christmas so I requested to cancel the order. They refused. If finally arrived at the end of January, dead in the box. They would not send me a refund. I would run far from this company.

I would put zero stars but it will not…

I would put zero stars but it will not take it. I ordered a terrarium for over $300. It arrived a month later (shipped by ground) with the two plants dead. My wife and I tried for three weeks to revive them, but to no avail. Now, they refuse to replace the plants because it has been more than 15 days. $300 + completely down the drain.

DO NOT do business with these crooks.

Most beautiful gifts and BEST service imaginable

PlantPico has the most beautiful gifting plants to be had. Their terrariums are magical. I bought one for my daughter-in-law for her birthday, and she was overwhelmed. The terrarium took a while to build and to ship, and I was concerned that it had possibly gotten lost. I contacted their support, and Dhikra helped me, almost daily, encouraging me, letting me know the beautiful gift was indeed on its way. PlantPico and Dhikra in particular are the gold standard when it comes to customer service. I could not be happier, and cannot recommend this company strongly enough.

These terrariums are awesome

These terrariums are awesome. I purchased 3 of them for myself and a few others in my office. Jennifer is awesome and very responsive. They took a little while to get here because they had to go through customs, so be patient with the process. They’re totally worth the wait and they came out looking as good as I hoped they would.

Not a Scam. It’s Legit and Awesome!!

Don’t make the mistake of believing Reddit. I thought this was a scam after reading subreddits but I am happy to say I was wrong. Customer Service promptly responded to my emails and reassured me that while fulfillment may be delayed, it was not a scam and I would receive the product I purchased.

I received the Tree of Wisdom yesterday and it is EXACTLY as pictured. I couldn’t be happier and it now has a prominent place on my desk in my office.

Stay away!!

***Update as of 11/06: STAY AWAY!!! After months of waiting for the replacement I received and email stating my replacement was not approved and for me to apply glue to my cracked jar. I was lied to and deceived into writing a review basss on their agreement to replace my original jar. I did not pay $160 for damaged goods and for me to repair something that I did not cause. I was being nice and did not complain about the plants or lack of plants that came with my jar. I will further my complaint with Jennifer and will request for with a replacement of my terrarium or I will ship the damaged terrarium back and request for a full refund.
- Purchased originated in August.
-Shipped in. September.
-Emailed Jennifer in September to receive confirmation of replacement.
-We are now in NOVEMBER only to be told no replacement and fix it myself!!!

I am awaiting a response to my email I sent Today 11/06/25!!!

9/25: Terrariums were shipped just as pictured. A picture perfect artwork. When I found a little crack due to shipping Jennifer was quick to assist and replace the item. Superb customer service and high quality product. I would definitely purchased again.

I have looked unfavorably on Plantpico…

I have looked unfavorably on Plantpico for approximately one year now because of inadequate to poor even non-existent customer service issue that occured on my order in November 2024. Recently, I was contacted by a very wonderful lady and her name is Sarah. Sarah is the new Customer Service Manager at Plantpico. Sarah and I discussed the issues I had with my previous order from Plantpico. After a lengthy discussion Sarah asked if she could resolve our issue by sending me a completely new and updated Terrarium. I agreed to Sarah's generous offer and today I'm a very pleased Plantpico client. I've already recommended Plantpico to my friends.
