Horrible Product and Customer Service - STAY AWAY
Received a horrible, dead, unhealthy plant for one of my spouses Christmas presents. I asked for a replacement, a few weeks went by with nothing. I then told them I was tired and just wanted a refund, at that point "Jennifer" told me it had already shipped. When I asked for a tracking #, I was told they would reach out to management for a refund (It did not ship, they lied). Then they quit responding again, so I filed a chargeback and then they responded and only gave half back then would never respond again. Sent all my proof to the my credit card company, and the credit card dispute sided with me and provided a full refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID
Steer way clear. Terrible company didn’t get product or refund
Never received. No updates. No refunds. Finally got an email saying their logistics team was on vacation. Got an apology for that. But no product and no refund. Finally got a tracking message saying they wouldn’t deliver due to company not paying enough postage. Steer clear. These look nice buy company is awful.

The ordering process was easy and the product shipped within a week and the product arrived a week or so later. It arrived healthy and beautiful. This was the 2nd terrarium we ordered. The first one experienced a shipping delay and arrived in bad shape that it never recovered from. Because it was purchased as a Christmas present and I didn’t have the receipt, I wasn’t able to get a credit for it.

This is a scam
This is a scam, Do not spend your money. While I support small business, this business lied on emails about fixing the issue with the dead plants they sent that were 8 weeks late. They never fixed the issue
This was March, Item was ordered in early Dec...after dozens of emails. Tried to work with vendor....unfortunately some people don't keep their words. I got nothing but a credit card bill for a dead plant.

I completely understand, and I truly appreciate your patience. Our average shipping time is 10-12 days, so while I’ll do everything I can to ensure it arrives as soon as possible, I just want to set the right expectation in case it takes a bit longer.

Paid for expedited shipping. Didn't happen. 7 weeks later still waiting for light that was ordered at the same time. . .

One of the two Plants is now dead. And they want to argue about refunds or replacement. Stay away from this company. Great idea. But terrible execution and customer service
Terrible customer service
Biggest issue is customer service and the inability to even know where the orders are and when they will be delivered. The terrarium I ordered is pretty nice, but customer service at first did not respond and when they finally did, it was days after it was delivered.
I ordered a lamp in mid-December and have not been as lucky. I reached out to customer service twice, but the responses were unhelpful. They told me that the label was printing and I would receive updates that way, but that never happened (no label for the terrarium either). After that, they stopped responding completely. They seem overwhelmed and unable to handle increased business.
Amazing products and aftercare
Amazing products and aftercare! We knew the risk ordering from the UK, as this would mean an international order. However, once the product arrived, it was stunning. We did have the care kit missing, however, the team rectified this asap!
Terrible company
Terrible company. I placed an order in mid-December, and they never shipped it. I contacted them, and they said it was an oversight and they would process and send it ASAP. A few more weeks went by with no response. I contacted them again, and they said they would get me a tracking number. So I waited another couple of weeks and filed a complaint through PayPal. Their response was that they would only send the order if I closed the case with PayPal. In conclusion, the company is a scam, and do not order from them.

It has been over a month since I placed my order. Upon receipt of product what was advertised was not what was delivered.
Instead of full foliage I received 1 inch dying plants.
I contacted customer support to request a replacement or return label.
The "Team" had. Jennifer make contact. Pictures were requested and provided to what I believed would result in resolution. Pictures were rejected and more were requested with a "as soon as the "Team" receives additional phone, I assure you your replacement will be sent" Responses and email communication were processed by Jennifer.
At this point not even Jennifer will communicate with me about my issue or resolution. PlantPico does continue to send unsolicited, unwanted emails despite demands to STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE me.
PlantPico "Team" has refused to issue replacement, provide return label or refund. This promoted serenity quickly became a nightmare.
The only positive I derive is that Jennifer had the audacity to request a favorable review through this link.This gave me the opportunity to disclose all the evil lies and deceit that PlantPico actually is. Very dishonest business practices.
I demand that you cease and desist with your solicitation emails.
My experience however tells me that you will side with your team and refuse to STOP, you will continue,

I've ordered 4 of these plants now to give away as gifts. Everyone loves them! They are very unique. The shipping does take a little time but once th epackage arrives it comes packed extremely professionally. The directions are simple to follow. This is my go to gift now!

Worth The Wait
My order took a while to arrive, but when it finally did, it was beautiful! This company has excellent customer service and they responded within 24 hours or less anytime I reached out. My order was placed shortly before Christmas. I contacted them after a couple weeks to check the status and I was given a tracking number a day or two later. Sadly, my order was lost in the mail. When I recontacted PlantPico to let them know, they replaced my order and had a new terrarium built! Once the new order shipped, it arrived within a few days. It's stunning and worth every penny.
Have No Fear: Leaves will Regrow!
When my PlantPico arrived, one of the plants had lost all of its leaves in transit. The stalk still looked healthy, so I was confident that with a little TLC he would regrow his leaves. And I was right! After just 2 weeks of watering, he now has 10 leaves in various stages of growth. This is not only about providing good care but also about the quality of the plants PlantPico chooses for their terrariums! Great job PlantPico!
