I received my planter for Christmas... It arrived lush, green. The water wheel is great, it creates a light bubbling sound. Easy to care for. The light feature is a must, it showcases what is inside the glass...Perfect gift!

Not just is this a great product - the terrarium is superb and great to look at - the aftersales service provided by Jennifer at PlantPico is above and beyond, and well worth FIVE STARS!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Plant Pico.

We placed a bulk order of terrariums for students in November (Nov 13, 2025) with the expectation that all items would be delivered with included cards/messages. Unfortunately, this did not happen.

Major issues we encountered:

- Some recipients received their terrariums, while others never received anything.

- Some deliveries arrived without the cards/messages, so recipients had no idea who the gift was from.

- The company failed to provide any confirmation of who received items and who did not, despite multiple follow-ups.

- Customer support became completely unresponsive via email and phone.

- Their phone number only accepts SMS, and no replies were received.

- USPS tracking later indicated that counterfeit postage was used, which is extremely concerning.

I needed to send a gift to someone who is very selective about what she likes and who lost her husband of 66 years. I researched the terrariums and found this company and could not be happier with the results. My Sister loved it! She said it’s just beautiful to look at, and she said it allows her time to meditate and be calm. I will definitely order from this company again and send gifts to special friends. It is really a stunning gift!

The product came in a timely fashion, but was missing the lamp that I ordered with it. After a few days with no response from their support, I ordered an individual lamp, again from their website. Neither lamp has arrived and it has been 3 weeks since the terrarium arrived. The support team takes over 5 days to respond. They keep saying it is on the way, but the most recent response said "I can confirm that it was reshipped, the first shipment ran into issues" after being told it was on the way multiple times. A really cool idea for a product, but they are lacking in organization, operations, support, etc. They do not care for you once they get your money. Do not overpay for this.

Update on 3/2:
The support team reached out after I submitted this review. They promised me they would help resolve the issue. They were not helpful at all, and kept telling me to wait. It has been over a month since they said my products would be delivered in a matter of days. Very disappointed with their customer service to go on top of the disappointing product.

Update on 3/30:
The response that I got from the support team at the beginning of the month said they "were on holiday" and that is why it took over 2 months for a lamp to even be shipped. Today, I finally received my lamp, they asked me to remove my review. When I told them no I was still upset that it took 95 days for a single lamp to be delivered, (while my terrarium has died completely), they responded with "No issue. Be happy".

This item is so incredibly beautiful. I love it so much.

I ordered the wisdom tree and it came tightly packaged and beautiful! All I had to do was find a place for it in my house and set up the lamp.

Love my terrarium! Packed and shipped very well. Perfect size; great look. Immediate and helpful response from customer service. Overall, excellent experience!

everything was packaged well and all the live plants looked great when they arrived. My sister loved this as a gift.

Didn’t receive what I purchased. Said I didn’t pay for it but had proof they charged. Had to prove with a screenshot which is truly unprofessional. They horrible customer service and obviously needs alot of help in billing and shipping department. Once I showed proof they said they would ship. Called two weeks later and same thing. Sir you didn’t purchase, show proof. Showed proof and back to square one. Just run from this company!

I purchased the Tree of Wisdom terrarium for my Mother as a Christmas gift. The package arrived thoughtfully packed and in great condition. The terrarium was just as lovely in person.

Patience is key. This order will take weeks to deliver. It’s a living plant, so it takes time. This will not come quick, but when it does arrive it looks great and you can tell proper care was given to it.

I ordered a zen flow garden in early November for our daughter for christmas. I was very upset as I didn’t receive it in time and the tracking number they provided wasn’t moving at all. After reading many reviews and being told over and over it was on the way I was very discouraged. I ended up disputing the charges and as that was under review my order was delivered. It was about eight weeks from the time I ordered till I received my order. We didn’t get it in time for Christmas but I will say it’s beautiful and I wanted to share for anyone else worried about this company being a scam.

Ordered one of these following an advert I saw in FB. They looked quite cute and felt my wife would appreciate it. It was a Christmas gift and something different. The positives; I won’t deny it is quite cute, the whole thing looks like good quality from the jar and the care and attention it has been given. The packaging was exceptional plus it has traveled from the States which I didn’t realise at the time. (I’m in the UK by the way). Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time for Christmas but as mentioned, on ordering, I didn’t realise it was based in the states so I can’t really give this a negative and as mentioned, it was well packaged. The customer service was also very good, prompt, polite and speedy response. The negatives, personally I think it’s over priced and since I have looked online and get similar items nearly at half the cost albeit I can’t compare directly. Also, I was prompted afterwards to buy a lamp which tbh, was also over priced (I could get one from a well known online retailer for half) but it also arrived without the screw to fit the lamp to the base and I’m yet to find the right size, so this has been a complete waste. Considering the whole thing cost £140 (with the lamp, £120 without). In the picture I can see a red flower but no red flower on arrival. Finally, and not really a negative, just an opinion, the little figure that comes with it is too large for the scene to look realistic, so makes it a bit unnatural. This is just my opinion though. Would I buy again, yes, but only if the price came down considerably but, and it’s a big but, I’m not sure how much time and effort goes into making the whole thing look good so maybe this is why it’s pricey.

I got it for a Christmas present and it didn’t disappoint. My husband loved it! It was packed perfectly and the tree was not damaged at all and has new green sprouts in just a few days!

Customer service is second to none. Daughter is thrilled with the plant.

Customer service and communication was very good. The terrarium was packed very well for shipping and is very nice. The plants in the terrarium were less impressive than in the website photos, but they probably need to grow into the ones in the photos. Everyone that sees it likes it a lot and most importantly that includes my wife for whom this was purchased for.
