The service was great, the product (Zen Garden) is absolutely awesome! My wife loves it and now wants another one!!!! This is very unique and something you don't see everyday. It makes a wonderful gift idea!

We love our PlantPico! The online ordering process was easy. It shipped to us quickly. It was packed nicely and arrived in perfect shape. The assembly was easy. Unlike some things you buy online, we received exactly what we expected & love it even more than expected. Customer service reached out to us via email, completely unprompted, just to make sure we were satisfied customers and we are!! I’m probably buying another one for my office now! Beautiful built terrarium at a great price. Get the light addition. It accents the terrarium beautifully. High quality and packaged securely. It takes a few weeks to arrive, but each is handmade so it's well worth the wait.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered item and never received it. After months of back and forth with “customer service” and a tracking number that was strange and not going anywhere, I got an update from USPS that my package had been seized! It was seized due to counterfeit postage and would not be delivered. USPS said to contact the company and bank to get a refund. Total scam!

I ordered the product on 12/10 and received it on 12/23. They took great care in packaging the plant and it was just as beautiful in person as it was online. I ordered this for my wife as she loves plants and it did not disappoint.

I had over watered my Zen Plant and the grass and tree were slowly turning brown. I reached out to Plantpico Support. They responded quickly and provided me with instructions to save my terrarium. It's been a few days and the health of my plant is looking much better. Thank you Jennifer!!!!

My order was received and it was just as beautiful as expected with the exception of one of the plants didn't make it. When Jennifer reached out to ensure my order was received, I had mentioned this to her. To my surprise, she was able to send me a replacement plant. I never expected that to be the outcome. Jennifer was pleasant and super friendly - her customer service was top notch and I am just thrilled that I am able to get the replacement plant to make my terrarium 100% complete without having to hope that the plant that didn't make it would grow back.

I had an issue during the ordering process where it was not made clear what the shipping timeline actually was. I reached out to the company about it, and they immediately responded and gave me an accurate timeline. The product arrived as promised and was of high quality.

Once again I had trouble ordering a new Tree of Wisdom for my sister’s birthday. I screwed up the order and ended up buying two. I contacted customer service and they resolved my problem within an hour. As stated, this is the second time I have done this. For me, this company is the best support I have ever experienced and I have many years under my belt.

Very pleased with this product it’s one of a kind that’s for sure adds a nice zen feeling to the rooms.

My plant came in time for a Christmas gift. It is very nice, however it seemed a little bare compared to all of the pictures online. I reached out to their wonderful customer service and asked for some more rocks or a plant to add to it. Instead of sending some additions, they are sending me an entire new plant. I never expected that and I am so grateful for what this company does. They definitely go above and beyond. I will most likely order from them again and spread the word how great they are. Fantastic company! Great products!

Prompt reply. Plant was missing/rotted upon unboxing. It was a gift so didn't have receipt etc. A few email exchanges resulted in a great outcome and a replacement plant shipped.

The terariym arrived as promised. The packaging was so safe and secure and the item arrived in beautiful condition. The plants and all of the inside rockery was perfect. I ordered the care kit which sadly has not arrived but within minutes of emailing the company Jennifer has sorted everything out and resending a replacement for me. Excellent customer service. As long as the replacement care kit arrives i will certainly use them again. The product is amazing.
