Always the best customer service support!

This a really interesting artistic piece. I received it in the mail quickly. Everything was packaged to protect it and the vase it is in is really high quality. The light and stand are high quality as well. I bought this to keep in my office in a high stress environment and it already has a nice calming effect for me. Artistically designed and packaged very well. Thank you, I’m suspicious I will be buying another one before too long… thank you so much!

I bought the first terrarium -the Zen Garden after watching a Insta ad during the summer. Was not sure what I was getting into but my experience has been great, so I ended buying another one now for my work table . The wisdom tree. I love these.

I really appreciated the great customer service I received when placing my order, during shipment, and then after it arrived. This is my second order and I would recommend ordering!

The order took a bit longer than expected, but the weather for shipping has been a bit crazy. I got an immediate response when I questioned delivery timing. Make sure to allow a few weeks so the plants will arrive in great shape. Be careful online as other lesser companies have snuck their ads in between Plantpico.

I ordered the Tree of Wisdom for my husband's birthday. The package arrived yesterday in perfect condition! My husband is thrilled with his present! Plantpico emailed the next day to make sure we received the terrarium and that we were happy with it. Plantpico and Jennifer went the extra mile with customer service! I would highly recommend them!

The whole thing died within 6months. Customer support did not resolve my issue.

The plant looks so cute in that jar, and Jennifer from customer service made sure I will receive it on time for my wedding day.

I gave me a Tiny World as a 'thank you' and I was skeptical. Turns out it's the only corporate gift I've ever actually used and loved.

Saw the tree of wisdom on my feed and rolled my eyes at targeted ads. Two months later I understand why it kept showing up. The algorithm knows me better than I know myself.

The product I received is absolutely beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. The company reached out to make sure I received my order & to let them know if I had any questions. My product had a minor issue which was no fault of the company & it was slightly damaged during shipping which of course can happen. When I let the company know they immediately fixed the issue. They stand behind their product & will make things right.

Everything was exactly as promised. I find that hard to find these days. The plant is nicely done and I can't wait till it grows and fills out. It already brings relaxation in my little corner of the world.
