I ordered a plant for a gift

I ordered a plant for a gift. When the recipient sent me a picture of the plant I was embarrassed. The plant did not look like the picture. I contacted the company. They requested that I send a picture of the plant. I did. They responded with information on how to care for the plant. Needless to say I do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.

CONSUMER FRAUD

CONSUMER FRAUD. Buyer beware. This company does NOT accept returns. It does not state anywhere on their website that they do not accept returns. No disclaimer whatsoever. They deceive consumers by stating they provide a satisfaction guarantee - but do not inform the consumer of their return policy. This is FRAUD.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NO REFUND FOR CHEAP PLANTS THAT DIE WITHIN A WEEK AND NEVER BLOOM. $100 RIPOFF FOR GROCERY STORE QUALITY PLANTS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sent grocery store looking plants for $50 each - one never bloomed, the other died. I asked for a refund with a photo of the plant that died within 30 days of delivery. Customer service made lame excuses that it was not within the 30 days, sent me a replacement plant instead of honoring the refund policy, which also died AGAIN IN A WEEK and refused to give me a refund. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!💩👿☠️👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

plants.com are BS beware

so they are deleting my facebook comments too!
I tired to leave this review on there page but it will not allow you to. and I called a friend to leave it for me, but it wouldn't allow her to either. So one can only assume they are blocking all comments.
Plants.com are BS
I wasn't going to leave a review, but plants.com called me early this morning to feed me a bunch of lies. How do you lie to your customer about an Orchid I ordered for my mom's funeral, because I'm military and couldn't make it back in time to be sent to my sister. Instead of him telling me that it was an accident or whatever. The man lied to me and told me that it's a Phalaenopsis amabilis and that the description says blue even though the pictures show white and blue and that the picture was of buds and when they are fully bloomed that they turn completely blue... Now he thought he was talking to someone that wasn't experienced with the Phalaenopsis. By trying to tell me that the plant comes and grows like that. I had to let him know he was full of it. It grows white and then it's dyed. And regardless if the description says blue. The pictures are misleading to how the actual flowers would look, nor do the description say it may vary from actual images. Now plants.com here's a little information for you! Any ding-bag with a computer could've researched before calling me with lies. Phalaenopsis amabilis (Moth Orchid) is an evergreen, epiphytic orchid boasting 20-30 fragrant, long-lasting white flowers, up to 4 in. across (10 cm), adorned with a white and yellow lip and red throat. Moth orchids come in several colors: vibrant red, salmon orange, pink, purple, frosty white, and even black. The one color you won’t see in Phalaenopsis is blue. To get this color the orchid is dyed, When dyed orchids rebloom, the new blooms will be the color of the original plant. If you have a white orchid that has been dyed blue, the new blooms will be white.

Dead on arrival 1 month kare

First off the order was never delivered. Then when contacted they did a reorder. I got the product over a month after my daughter’s birthday. Then to add insult to injury, 90% of the succulent leaves fell off leaving her with stems. So disappointed I will never order from here again. Terrible.

Terrible

I ordered sunflowers and didn't get sunflowers delivered. They were delivered a day late. They did reply to my email of complaint efficiently but all I got was $8 credited for late delivery and $10 digital credit to order again. Why would I order again from here after I ended up paying $55 for flowers (daisies) that I didn't order and came late.

I would definitely buy from them again

I would definitely purchase plants from you again. Very happy with their website and ease of ordering. I would have liked more e-mail or text communication regarding status of delivery. The packaging was impressive and all plants arrived in great condition. The Bonzai soil is challenging to deal with. There is a lot of it and it get’s everywhere when watering. Also one of the bonsai trees had a little white residue on some of the leaves. But overall very happy with my experience.

An overpriced disappointment

An overpriced disappointment. Did not arrive on scheduled date, which was likely fault of FedEX and not Plants.com. However, the snake plant I ordered was much smaller than advertised and not in good health. Some leaves were mushy upon arrival, while others had brown spots on tips.
Would definitely not recommend.

My experience with Plants.com was…awesome!

My experience with Plants.com was disappointing at first. I ordered a Money Tree for my daughters birthday. It arrived late, and also when she received it, all the leaves fell off but 2. I contacted them and they went out of their way to apologize for it being late, and also sent another Money Tree at a later date which my daughter as so thrilled. To me that is the best customer service you could ask for. Thank you very much for making me a happy customer.

My sister sent me one

My sister sent me one . I loved it. I sent my friend one . He loved it. His sister saw it and she loved it . I said next time you send her a gift, because he never knows what to
get her this is it. They were all different. I think this is the perfect gift to buy when you don’t know what to buy or for the person who has everything. Love the name and all the products. I don’t buy many gifts but now I’m a new customer. Sheri Peters
