Easy to use website with lots of helpful information. Ordered orange tree which arrived very well packaged and looking very healthy. Additional detailed care information included, and in a lovely presentation pot. Very good value for money.

Absolutely great experience buying from Plants4Presents for the first time. Website easy to navigate and informative. Delivery was quick and on time, and the Yuzu plant arrived well-packaged and in great condition, and with lots of helpful information. Bonus points for the phone advice afterwards.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I couldn't be happier! A supply issue was identified and resolved while I was asleep! As I live in New Zealand, they didn't want to delay the shipment, so they made the decision to upgrade my order to a more expensive product at no extra cost. The replacement was arranged without me having to do a thing, and my relative was delighted with the beautiful flowers, which arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Sent the rose ‘Forever pink’ to a couple we know prior to a celebration party. They were absolutely delighted😊. It took pride of place on their patio. Hoping it is as beautiful as ours sent by my daughter in Australia - flowering for the 2nd time this year.

First contact was friendly and interested. Offered sound advice about the plant and the delivery. Plant Plumbago was a gift to a third party so had no evidence of quality but feed back was very good. Impressive protective packaging and plant arrived in good condition.

The recipient was really delighted with the gift, which made me very happy. The customer service was also excellent—friendly, helpful and responsive. I would happily order again.

Upon delivery the plant was delivered in a damaged condition with the pot broken and broken branches as if it had been mishandled during transport. Looks like inadequate packing (fragile) and neglect by the transporter.

Bought a lemon tree from Plants4Presents for my birthday ( via the hubby’s wallet 😂) so far so good.
I had a couple of questions & they replied quickly & were very helpful.

I'm very happy with the service from Plants4Presents. They're my first choice if I want something and they have it in stock.
The plants are always very healthy and thriving. Very reasonably priced too for exotic edible plants which are sometimes hard to find.
They also use sensible couriers. I sometimes wonder if some couriers used by other companies are deranged.
I once needed to contact their customer service with a question and they responded promptly and were helpful.

Very good service,nothing was too much trouble.
Delivery was on time and well packaged,unfortunately the pot was broken,but this was replaced very quickly,even though i did say it was not needed.
I would not hesitate in using plants 4 presents again,very pleased with the product.

Good quality plant. Very poor delivery by DPD. The packaging round the plant was torn and damaged, the cardboard box was patched up and held together with DPD parcel tape. Half the compost had been tipped out of the pot showing the bare roots and a lower branch was broken off.
