The two lemon trees arrived in very good condition, inside very well designed and solid packaging. The plants are doing well, and I'm very pleased. My only criticism (hence 4 stars, not 5) is that your delivery firm once again let you down, and the boxes were left at the far end of the lane, at another house. They were heavy, and awkward, and it was quite a job lugging them back to where they belonged.

Happy repeat customer
My sixth time ordering from P4P, but the first time for myself, courtesy of a generous £10 voucher just for completing a customer survey.
Despite being at the mercy of couriers and mechanical systems (RM used to be dependable but have mangled several of my parcels this year, and a postie told me it's all automated now), all the plants have all arrived in perfect condition thys far.
You can see how much love and care they are treated with before they leave the nursery, and the care instructions provided are extremely helpful.
I can't imagine how much extra time it takes to write all the gift cards and pick out the chosen pots for each order. But it's these human touches that keep us coming back, and I've no doubt that if there were a problem, the P4P team would resolve it.
One small improvement suggestion, if I may: I forgot you had a 'pet safe' page and instead used your plant finder (which is a great feature!) then googled whether they were toxic to cats. It would be great if this info was visible on the individual plant pages, and/or included in the gift finder, if it's not too much work!

An excellent experience
The Plants4Presents website was well laid out, clearly presented, and easy to use.
My purchase arrived on the date I'd requested, and was beautifully packaged with lovely green tissue paper carefully wrapped around the plant.
The plant is well-rooted and a good size, and looks healthy and strong.
I will certainly be looking to make another purchase at some point from Plants4Presents.

Lemon Tree
Whilst the original plant that was delivered had a broken branch, this was replaced promptly with another. Both plants were very healthy with lemons on.
I would order again from this company. Delivery instructions to my daughter were followed
exactly and she was delighted to receive an original gift.

Missed His Birthday
I did not see the plant, but, unfortunately, the delivery was a day late than my preferred delivery date, hence it missed his birthday. I think the plant was satisfactory.

We would have despatched the plant on 10/8 using Royal Mail's 24 hour tracked service and so it usually would have arrived on the 11th as you requested. Unfortunately though, some postal depots experience delays, which is why we have added the following note to our checkout page to help our customers plan their deliveries: “PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE but over 97% of tracked service parcels arrive on time What should the driver do if no-one is home?.” I’m very sorry if you missed this message. The plant should still be looking lovely despite its extra time in transit, but if there are any issues or the gift recipient has any questions about the care of the planter, please do let us know.
