AWFUL service, DISHONEST company. I purchased my items back in July 2020 and I am STILL awaiting for a partial refund for some wrong items they sent me. They have already received the items back from me yet have not issued my refund. I have sent loads of emails and they do reply BUT NO REFUND received. I am now contacting trading standards and also my bank.

Perhaps this trader is trying to turn his or her business around. I'm aware of all the reviews below but can only report my own experience.

Ordered a 10-pack of TML-108 plastic box, one of the lids was cracked which is not a huge problem admittedly.

I emailed a request to see if there was any chance of obtaining a replacement lid. Email was answered in a couple of days and lid arrived a few days later with the responses being courteous and positive.

Dishonest trader
I made an order on 2/10/20 & paid just over £60 by card. On 8th Oct I emailed asking when I would receive the goods & was told items were with carrier. This was repeated a number of times. I kept asking for a tracking number but this was ignored. On 15th Oct trader stated DPD had lost the order (still no tracking no.) & a new shipment would be sent that day & I would get it on the 16th. Needless to say the goods have not arrived. My request for a refund or a tracking number has been totally ignored. The number on their website goes unanswered but appears to belong to a gift shop in Sutton Coldfield. The website is operated by Viss Tools Ltd. Company details are available from Companies House which can be found using any search engine.
I have asked my card company to try & recover my money. If I do get my money back I will update this review.

Items ordered and paid for in September. No sign of them arriving anytime soon. DPD tracking states items not received from seller. Seller indicates problem with DPD. Have endeavoured to contact the seller on a number of occasions without success. Have now raised a claim through PayPal. I feel I have been cheated out of the amount paid, albeit a small amount. Not a nice feeling and I would certainly not order from this company (VISS) again.

I placed an order and paid via the website. When my order did not arrive I rang but no one answered the phone, so I emailed. There reply was that my order was with the courier and they would chase it. A few days later I emailed again and again I had the same answer. Finally I managed to get someone to answer the phone and at that point was told that the item I had ordered had not been in stock, so it had never been with the courier. I do not like being lied to. Needless to say I will never use this company again.

Fast delivery, good quality item at a low price.

Fabulous quick service would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Ordered planters in June, got email with delivery date, never came. Contacted "customer services" got an email about a month later appologising, never got my money back as requested. Have tried phoning numerous times, never had anyone answer!

I’ve not even received my order yet! Nor have I received a reply from Plastic Storage Boxes re my query. Emailed 30th Sept 21:00 when order still hadn’t arrived. DPD advising they had not received it to deliver! That status still shows on DPD. Emailed again today as no response received. Poor customer service
05/10/20 - Finally received contact advising PSB are checking their despatches dept as to when/if order has been sent also checking with DPD

Ordered over 10 days ago and finally received my order this morning only to find out 1/3 of my order is not there. States it was box 1 of 1 and have got no follow up note to say if they haven't got it in-stock currently or they've f****d up.

Order through eBay and on the web same experience no stock has to chase refund and still awaiting a refund.

This washing-up bowl would have been exactly what I wanted - it fitted into our new kitchen sink perfectly - but they sent the wrong colour (despite the accompanying paperwork stating the opposite!). I would like to have exchanged the bowl but no returns label was provided and the box it was sent in was so large, twice the size of the bowl, that it was going to cost me far more to post than the bowl had cost in the first place. Two emails asking what I should do went unanswered. In fairness, this was probably due to staff shortages because of the pandemic. So, competitive price, good product but not what I ordered.
