I ordered a set of 10 boxes. One was broken, which I reported by email immediately. I received a reply saying that a replacement would be sent, but have heard nothing since (a month later). I have followed up by email (twice), on fb (told to email) and tried to phone (no reply).

My delivery was due 5 days ago but I am still waiting. I can’t get hold of them and I have no idea when or how to either get my order or get a refund.

My order was delivered but was incorrect. I have had multiple communications agreeing to send the right item but it has never arrived. I have now requested a refund....

I ordered 10 plastic boxes, communications were excellent, Delivery was excellent and the product is excellent and good value for money. I almost didn’t place the order because of bad reviews, my experience was fault free and I can only strongly recommend this company

Happy with units but delivery a bit confusing had email to say being delivered on a Thursday from courier but did not arrive went to track they said they hadn't received goods arrived on friday but no notification.

Excellent products at competitive prices. Always a great service. Have used the company a few times and would highly recommend.

Boxes are great for what I intend to use them for (camping storage).

The delivery and packaging was good but there was bits on the drawers that were broke. The wheel on one side was broken so had to be glued

I ordered 4 planters from this company and have been told by them they were delivered and signed for by Dan, There is no one by that name residing at my address, so either the delivery company delivered to someone else plastic boxes are supplying advertised products. I have not been offered re-supply or refund so I would be careful buying from this company.

Good quality washing up bowl at a reasonable price and the exact size and colour I'd been looking for.

Amazing company and helpful with any enquires the products are fab and study and built to last my fav the lace effect storage boxes which I’m soon going to b using to give my kitchen cupboards a new look. Looking for value for money and products you can rely on then you can’t go wrong with their storage boxes
