These guys are scammers.... they took over £200 for some plastic sheets then closed their doors without finishing our order, They have stolen my money and they are nowhere to be found! Avoid these guys like the plague.

Very disappointed. Ordered online with the company on the 29th Jan. We ordered a 60cm x 140cm black Acrylic board, to receive a 60cm x 14cm black board. Went to email and call when received on the 31st Jan and the company are no longer trading and we aren't able to reach them. Please do not order from here as there website is still running but they have ceased trading.

I don’t normally feel like writing a review but in this case I am so impressed by Plastic Online. They offered the lowest price of 3 suppliers I contacted, fastest response, clearest communication, well packaged and fast delivery. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Back in June I put a review up for a turntable cover. I have just changed my turntable and have had to order another, more complex, cover, this turned up this morning and is beautifully made like the last one and very well packed. To have a turntable cover made bespoke for such a price is superb - well recommended.

The order was processed and delivered exactly as promised. Highly recommend and would definitely use their services again without hesitation.

Another super fast delivery from Plastics Online, correct sizes & nicely polished. I do think I've found the one issue I dislike about their services. As part of this order was a small piece of tinted acrylic. I didn't do a good job of cutting this so need to replace it. A 320mm square is just £6.26....................................& 12 quid postage!!!! There is no reduced postage for smaller pieces & there is NO real excuse for that.

Supplied plastic sheet with gouge in the centre. Refused to replace or refund. Said that I had damaged it. In future will order only from Amazon or eBay where suppliers cannot act in this way.

The acrylic panels were beautiful. Quick delivery well packaged. I had 2 panels delivered the big panel was spot on for size including cut outs but the small panel was incorrect at the socket cut outs. My drawing was correct and it was a mistake by there production team. They are denying this and it's like they think I am lying. It's such a pity they are squabbling over a small piece of acrylic. If they had made the small panel correctly I would have given 5 Stars as panels look lovely. Bad customer service letting this company down. What you are not getting is I know your production team have the same drawing I sent in what I am saying is your production team cut both the same when they should have been different. A mistake on the boy that done the cut outs. You are missing the point. I am a trustworthy person and your company is good if there isn't any problems but you will not accept you could make a mistake.

A first class small company! Quick and thorough quote which was fair for my bespoke product requirement, technical queries speedily answered and resolved online, and laser cut acrylic dividers very well packaged and received in super quick time. Most highly recommended.

More than happy to write a review for Plastic Online. Basically, I purchased one of their wall mounted poppy display cases, the case comes as 2 parts i.e. a black back panel you fix to the wall & a clear cover, they also include the screws, plugs and a stencil to help mark where your fixings need to be placed.
The items turned up extremely well packed with plenty of bubble wrap and a good amount of cardboard protecting the 2 pieces. However, when I unwrapped the cover there was a slight crack in one of the corners. I contacted these guys and sent a few photos, they were brilliant, they acknowledged the issue and told me a replacement was on its way. Some might expect this, but we know it doesn't always happen, so credit for their service.
Regarding the display case, whoever designed it has got it spot on, sure it's a fair size, but if you want to show off your poppy in a sympathetic manner then I believe this is by far the best way to do it.
To incorporate the booklet and certificate in to the display, I purchased some photo mounting corners, then fixed them between the horizontal poppy mounting brackets on the back plate, it looks awesome.
I appreciate some might see this as a bit over the top as a review, but when someone gets something right and for such an important piece of memorabelia, then it's worth a pat on the back.

We're delighted to be able to display our poppy on the wall at long last. Item as described and delivered safely and securely. Would definitely use this company again.

First time buyer. But will return if I further needs to fulfill.

I bought a nest of 3 tables. Customer service was helpful. Delivery was fast. The tables were exactly as described and what I wanted. Have used them for four months now and I am very pleased with them. Sturdy but light. Excellent quality. Would recommend this product and this company.
