Awful service, zero info about a seller delivery mistake, then bizarre blame game.

No no no …….. you still do not understand what the problem was, there was no card, the problem was 100% on your side, and I had to pay again for your mistake, the courier was sent to the wrong premises, there was no contact or replies and 5 weeks of a bizarre blame game AVOID...

Needed a custom piece of polycarbonate sheet quickly, saw this Company through Ebay and placed an order. Item was delivered within 36 hours, and I am delighted. Gemma G you are a star, thanks for your excellent customer service. The product is exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a custom turntable dust cover. The whole process was very professional and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. Even me, changing the order last minute, because I got a dimension wrong didn’t seem to cause an issue.

The cover when it arrived was extremely well packed and deliver by the courier within the allotted hour window. The finished article is awesome, beautifully made and looks the part.

Having just ordered two fairly large display boxes, I was very pleased with the qulaity and price. however one was broken, even though the packaging was excelllent. Plastic on line made no fuss asked for a few photos' and immediately sent me another one. I have since ordered 2 more bespoke boxes thats how pleased I am with them

I was very happy with the service provided by Gemma G, who took the measurements required, assured me that she had a matching case, and had that case delivered, on time, well packaged, and at a reasonable cost. It was a very good moment when I clicked the case shut over its base, with my model secure inside, yet not hemmed in. Well done!

I spent ages Googling for plain white plastic/acrylic coasters to under ornaments and plants on white window sills. Eventually found Plastic Online. The white ones are exactly right and unobtrusive to protect window sill and protect paint from scratches. It is so hard to find small items which are simple but perfect.
I need some more and the colour choice direct from the company is amazing. The postage is expensive for small numbers but who cares!
Thank you for producing a simple item which fits the bill.
