Accuracy and good customer service!

I have dealt with this company several times and they have been efficient and helpful with any queries. They have resolved problems with no quibble very equitably

Ordered a sheet of Formica online for a collection, within 20 minutes received email advising it was in stock. On collection material was ready and as ordered. Staff asked if I had used the material before and advised on safety and best method to work with it.

Staff helpful, friendly and gave great service.

Good product and helpful customer service, the only issue I had was with the delivery courier company who initially gave me a delivery date, and on that date I tried to track the delivery with the link they sent via email. Was unable to track my items, so gave customer service a call and was told that the items hadn’t even been picked up from the warehouse and to give a call back tomorrow and find out when it will be delivered. Another email would of been nice to clarify that it would be delivered a day later.

Thus far, Ive placed two orders with PV Plastics and Veneers. Prices were keen, range of products are adequate, samples shipped out promptly, and finally the orders were well packaged and shipped out promptly. Very happy with the service PV provide.

After waiting 1week still no materials delivered and no response to my follow up email requesting a delivery date. Bad customer service.

We had all our fascias, soffits and gutters replaced summer 2020, the team turned out in force and completed the job quickly and professionally, Steve even replaced rotten rafters free of charge to ensure the job was done properly. They cleaned up and left a brilliant end result. After the storm early Dec 2021 some of the tiles had shifted on the house which we thought was due to the fascias and soffits so called Steve to have a look, he came out in good time and then subsequently fixed all the tile issues, despite the fact that the issues ended up not being due to the work they had done. He didn't charge me for any of the work and was really kind and pleasant. I'm so glad we went with him. We did have a couple of cheaper quotes through but we were happy to pay a little extra for the complete peace of mind that if there were any issues we trusted he would come and sort it out. Thanks so much and 100% recommend.

Quick delivery and well packed. I just wish they would put something around the roll of HPL to avoid them to spring out when taken out of the box.

3 main reasons i do not live anywhere near highlands and islands i live in central scotland you charged me £75 pounds and was late with the delivery and the goods were damaged i think when they were packed i e when rolling up a crack split approx halfway up length i would have given you no stars if i could have but the material was what i asked james waddell

What a fantastic product and service, one of my sheets was damaged so I sent photos and absolutely no problem.
I would say that this is one of the best companies I have dealt with in over 40 years.
But my recent order is sub standard and impossible to cut without cracking
