Very quick service. Samples of Formica sent promptly and the Formica sheets i ordered were delivered within a couple of days, conveniently rolled up. I had expected two unwieldy sheets.

I have just had first class service from Plasticsandveneers.co.uk
I requested a Formica sample which arrived very quickly. Once I placed my order, I had an acknowledgement almost immediately & the product was delivered a few days later. Unfortunately the sheet of Formica arrived damaged with a jagged crack across the middle so I sent a photo of the damage & soon had an email informing me that a replacement was on its way. As far as I am concerned the way in which a company deals with a problem is of utmost importance, and in my case the customer service was faultless.
The only tiny niggle was that in both instances, the delivery was a day later than promised but this is the fault of the courier.
I would certainly use this company again
