Ordered 3 weeks ago a set plastdip for 4 rims. After one week an answer that due to business it will take a little bit longer. But now we are again 2 weeks further. No answer anymore. Is this a scam?

Never received the product I payed for
Never received the product I payed for. Ordered plastidip re-rack 14 days ago, and after a first reaction, now I receive no email response anymore. Wonder if it is a scam.
Update:
After this review I indeed received the refund. Therefore 3 stars instead of 1.

De Plasti Dip Primer is helaas niet voorradig en staat in Pre-Order op de website.
In dit geval kunt u kiezen om te wachten tot dit binnen is (ca. 3 weken) of vragen om een terugbetaling.
Deze informatie hebben we maandag 19/08 doorgemaild, maar hier hebben we helaas geen antwoord op gekregen. We zullen overgaan tot een terugbetaling.
