Shocking Customer Service
I ordered A length of plastic pipe online, rang and checked availability and requested urgent delivery. Was told item was in stock and it would be despatched the following day. Received a call at 10 to 5 the day of the promised delivery to advise that the pipe wasn't despatched as it wasn't in stock as advised. The upshot is that the planned demonstration of a new process isn't going to have the impact we'd hoped for.
Don't use this company for anything you need urgently because even if you ring and get told it will happen it likely won't !!

Packaging failure, approved vendor status denied
Great product, good competitive prices and fast delivery.
However you really really really need to address you packaging. I hated dealing with all that polystyrene and bubble wrap. None of your packaging can be recycled, it's all made of plastic and will now sit in a landfill in Scotland for at least the next 1000 years. There are plenty of alternative recyclable and biodegradable alternatives, the rest of the industry has turned to these products but you have not. I have not been sent that amount of 1 used packaging for a long time and I hated it. Our internal management system appraise all our suppliers, including an approved vendors listing. Packaging and recycling is a significant metric - you will score very low and will unfortunately not make approval. This will not stop us from using you and your products, but individuals in our organisation will need to seek dispensation / no alternative during the purchase phase.

The stock was cut and delivered to my specifications.
The shipping was slow and expensive and they left the package at the bottom of the stairs rather than bring it up then sat in their truck outside my flat for 5 min.
More a - could use a better courrier for better value for money

Many thanks for your order and your review, I am pleased that the products you ordered were cut and delivered to your specification. I notice that your items were ordered on Monday 19 February and delivered on Wednesday 21 February, well within the expected 1-5 day delivery window.
We supply an extensive range of products with a huge variation in size and weight, so our standard delivery (as shown on our website shipping page) is to ground floor or suitable lift access above ground floor. I am sorry that this was inconvenient in your case. If, in future, this service is not suitable please contact our customer service team who will be happy to make appropriate arrangements.

Delivery was quick and they even…
Delivery was quick and they even contacted me about the order. However, we were given no delivery date and were surprised when we found the delivery strewn across the bottom of the drive. Their couriers did not knock the door to say there was a delivery which had both been thrown untidily over our gates at the bottom of the drive. The two sheets of plastic were larger than 8' x 4' sheets and extremely heavy and cumbersome. The couriers must have struggled immensely just as we did to move them. Thankfully they were protected by sealed card board when thrown over the gates. The only reason they weren't stolen was because of their size and weight.
