Excellent service with personal touch
Bought a dinner service from Plate and Bowl. The plates etc are beautiful and the service has been outstanding. Contacted me straightaway when had paid and delivery was arranged over the phone. The manager whose name I didn't catch was a really nice guy. Highly recommend this company.

Over-sized Packaging
The bowl arrived quite quickly & in good condition. The 3 stars are because the box it arrived in was much larger than needed for just one bowl & I was charged £6 p&p to receive this over-sized packaging which I thought was excessive.

Unfortunately given the particular size of the large oval plate we had to improvise slightly on the packaging and we were very conscious of ensuring it arrived safely.
