Unfortunately, I only became aware of the poor reputation and dissatisfaction of Brazilian customers after the incident.
I purchased a lesson and after 3 days I was charged the equivalent of 1 month of access to the application, which I have no interest in.
I contacted customer service and quickly received generic responses. I noticed that they offer the supposed benefit of lifetime access to Brazilian consumers who feel wronged, but they refuse to refund the amount paid within the legally guaranteed timeframe under Brazilian law, according to the Consumer Protection Code, thus disrespecting the laws in force in our country.
I tried to resolve the situation amicably, but the responses are the same and they always refuse to comply with Brazilian law.
I understand that there is a company document, but for a good relationship in another country, knowledge and compliance with the laws of the country in which business is conducted are necessary.
In short, I do not recommend this company for its treatment of consumers from other countries.
