So I opened an account on Friday with these cowboys. Deposited £20 won £60 so went to withdraw. Submitted my driving licence, payslips and proof of address. Today I receive an email saying they have closed my account due to concerning information during the verification process?? Attached to the email were links to Gamstop and other gambling cessation services. What on earth?? If you don't want my business then fine but don't make out I have a gambling problem. Good riddance. Site was beyond terrible and customer service was abysmal. Stay well away.

Same issues as others you cant withdraw anything as withdrawals are against their T&C. You have to spend your whole deposit, so you can only withdraw on winnings. Had several panic attacks over this. Also, now they have informed me they have closed my account. They keep claiming to be a "responsible operator" but this is completely irresponsible!!!

fraud site for sure.....they will try not to pay you your money if you have not gambled your deposit at least once....so if you put in 500 and win a nice amount with say 200 of the deposit you will still have to gamble another 300 until you can withdraw....the disgusting frauds sent me an email from there so called risk and fraud squad saying why I did not play for long....um its because I had a limit of what I could gamble and I did not know I was only 20pence from this limit so when I deposited 30 I could only spin once and when the 20pence had gone I could not spin anymore so I thought oh well I will withdraw 29.80....the next thing I got an email from there risk and fraud squad lol asking why I did what I did....utter joke of a site I have never heard of a casino that says you have to play your deposit at least once before you can make a withdrawal....if you get this garbage with them go to the gambling commission then resolver and then small claims court if it gets that far but I know it wont....they have no leg to stand on......as withholding onto your money is highly illegal....but they will try it and hope you will just say oh well...but do not quit and warn people of this utter garbage site and there other sister sites....to many fraud and scam casinso about its disgusting but I got my cash and have now closed them down...

Won £5000 and refused to pay out and are very rude. DONT USE THEM! never have i had to suffer to just get my own winning. taking them to IBAS now trying to get my money but doesnt look good... STAY AWAY!

Don't do what I did and make a big deposit planning a big session. They won't let you withdraw your balance until you have played it through either! So I'm there playing roulette at £10 per spin for an hour just to clear through my original deposit so I could exit and be done with them.

Once I got through the wagering and a couple of days for them to clear my ID/proof of address the withdrawal of my (reduced) balance was quite quick. Customer service was ok also.

Joined about a week ago I thought I had read reviews on ere about this site but it appears I'm writing the 1st review.

Well here it goes. So far so good.

Easy to deposit fairly fast and efficient withdrawals live chat easily accessible.

Negatives no PayPal deposit 4 UK customers a bit of hassle getting verified and the blackjack not 1 game on the site that I could find was multi hand just single hands only.

So in fairness because its reasonable quick withdrawals and livechat is accessible I've scored it 4 stars. Would have rated it 5 star if PayPal was a depositing option and multi hand blackjack available.

All in all a good gaming experience.
