They don't payout your withdrawals they leave them pending for months and every contact with customer support is the same we will raise your level request. Have had 2 withdrawals pending for over 6 months now and still getting nowhere. Put some money down the toilet you might at lease enjoy that trick. Scam avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS SITE, I played one of there sites for a couple of months obviously losing and losing same game always and same numbers always, then finally have a nice win when my numbers hit quite big. Then instantly my account is restricted, I then get an email saying I’ve breached terms and conditions and my winnings are avoid. My accounts are now banned aswell, it’s really funny how I wasn’t in breach when I was losing all the time. They owe me a lot of money and I’m escalating it as far as I can.

Should have came here before opening account with these people.

Simply put I made a small 10 pound deposit, which was supposed to activate a 30 pound free bet which never materialised.

I placed a 10 pound bet winning 60 in return, I then placed a 20 pound bet and tried ro withdraw the remaining 40. That was last Saturday the 8th of April, 8 days later it still says on site the withdrawal is pending.

Straight after I made withdrawal request they asked for I.D and photo of debit card, I sent both and since then I have heard nothing back from these crooks. Have emailed twice and tried to speak to someone on the supposedly live chat, don't waste your time there's no one there!

I'm fortunate compared to others that it's such a small sum of money, but honestly it shouldn't matter if its 40 quid or 40 grand. It beggars belief these people are potentially stealing all their customers money and getting away with it.

I'd urge everyone else in same boat who reads this to try resolver.co.uk they helped me out in the past with something not gambling related, I'm going to try get help from them again.

Just wanted to update. After two weeks they have still refused to pay out my money, still ignoring emails, still no one there on live chat.

I've realised now Gatobet is part of a large number of online gambling sites all run by something called Progress Play.

You'll know if you're unfortunate enough to stumble across one of these sites, there's a picture of two smiley people at the top, the sites are slow and clunky and seem like they have been designed by a child.

Please avoid these sites at all cost and more importantly never sign up or make a deposit with any of them.

How Gatobet can have a licence to operate as a bookmaker in the UK is beyond me

Really,really bad site to go for. Customer service is appalling! They asked for all kinds of ID in a particular format. I met all their criteria and after 3 weeks they still havent paid out! DONT SPEND A PENNY WITH THEM! YOU ARE JUST THROWING YOUR VASH DOWN THE DRAIN! THEY FIND EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK NOT TO PAY OUT WINNINGS! I have given up on ever receiving my winnings and am thoroughly disgusted with them!

having demanded proof of who i was i sent a bank statement/passport photo/driving licence.they took all deposits without question. i had a bit of luck and won. they would not pay me till i sent proof. what worries me now can what i sent to them be used for fraud/scams.and can i do something to be sure it wont happen.

Terrible company they want to see your entire life story and details before they give you a penny back, got no problem taking deposit's though I see love stalling your withdrawal for as long as possible the sign offer is dogs**t aswell you have to wager it customer service is dreadful aswell.

Anyone thinking of using them I would advise to avoid signing up. I luckily won my free bet and met all their free bet criteria. However, my withdrawal was at pending stage for 10 days with me thinking that it was just banking issues. Contacted them and they "claim" they sent me an email asking for ID verification the day after the withdrawal but I never received this. They are either lying and hoping I just forgot about the withdrawal or their email services are not working correctly. I received all their other emails so it seems a little suspicious that at the point of withdrawal this fails.

first you have to use all your money and then you can use any bonus the bonus expired after 7 days of your deposit and you have to wagered 10x your bonus.

Absolutely disgusting site. They offer no UK Horse betting and on realising this I decided to close my account for which they will charge me £2.50. A not very disguised mugging. It's strange how supposedly worried these betting sites are about customers betting beyond their means when this site is happy to steal money from you in this way.

Had dealings with a sister site of these in the Progressplay group, with one million sister sites and counting. They don’t respond to emails, no phone number, am I supposed to communicate with SOS? Morse code? They are funny in how obtuse they operate. Avoid.

They give you a bonus, but you can't use it, until you've cleared your own balance. If you try to withdrawal your balance you lose your bonus funds.

A proper scam

They advertise a free £30 bet if you bet £10, but this is nothing like new customer offers from reputable bookmakers. Any winnings from your £30 bet must be wagered 10x (yes, TEN) over before they can withdrawn as cash. Even if by the grace of some God you manage to achieve this feat, you can only withdraw a maximum of £30. This is all explained in the most awful broken English under their terms and conditions. The site will also preferentially draw from your real cash balance rather than your 'bonus' cash when placing further bets, and to top it all off they charge £2.50 per withdrawal. Absolutely criminal, avoid like the plague.

Got a text saying free 20pound bet if I deposit 20 on the football won £140 but said I had to bet the winnings 10 times so had to spend 1400 so I managed to do that and have over 200£ in my account then my funds transferred over from my bonus to real account because I met the requirements but the only thing was I was only given 20£ so what a load of panta I was made to play this absolutely crappy website for hours to try and win 20pound don't really care about the money but what a scam this site is avoid at all cost

They are incompetent. I've requested a withdrawal on the 11th of January and 2 months later still haven't paid me. I've send 13 emails but they didn't answer. Disgusted with the customer service on site.

Avoid at all costs.I opened an account with this company and deposited £30 but unfortunately over £3,000 was taken from my account.My bank called it fraud and are pursuing Getobet for a refund.
I have also sent an email asking why £3k was taken but today no reply has been received.

They are OK to be honest. Never had any issues with the documentation or withdrawals but they have imposed betting limits on the account. Still allowing a decent size stake so it's fine.
