i won £4,609.00 on a slot and they did pay me the money just the 4k but thats not the point tho i should been paid full they kept the 609 said it was void . what u see is what u win i played fair and square 2 not fault it paid that out they trying to said it my fault .

Depositing is easy, and they happily verified my account after I sent all the requested documents. They let me play and even win a decent amount. But when it came time to withdraw, it was impossible. No payout, no support, and zero response to my emails.

They will take your money fine but as soon as you hit 25x on slot your account will be suspended. They will then reopen if you contact after they adjust the slot RTP until you lose all your money.

If you do get lucky and win over your total deposit, they will refund the deposit and keep the winning under review. Literally there is zero chance you will make any money, you are better off burning that cash as at least you will see it burn!

Would leave zero stars if possible. Been a loyal customer with Fafabet for over 2years, I’ve turned over more that £130,000 in that time with a net loss of circa £20,000 with a daily deposit limit of £250. Over the last 3-4months, every time I placed a bet even from £10-£100, my account would be suspended from anything to an hour to 24hours, sometimes being suspended 4-5 times a day.

I closed my account as it’s practically useless me having an account with Fafabet. They emailed me personally and directly apologising for their service, stating they would offer me a personalised and exclusive offer to get my business back. On the sporting bet front, the best we negotiated to was simply they’d offer me there welcome offer again at ‘deposit £10 to get £40’. I said that was an insult due to my account use and is neither exclusive or personalised. They then offered me a 100% bonus on casino up to £400. Again, I found this offensive as I had blocked myself from casino betting for the lifetime of my account, and only used my account for sports betting primarily horse racing, so there offer again was not personalised at all for being a loyal customer.

DO NOT sign up to Fafabet, they are a joke of a company, service is abysmal!

Awful site. Cash out % taken from a bet is disgusting for example put a bet on for £100 and with no change in the price it is valued at £75! Sorry taking 25% is disgraceful. As for the casino I would stay well clear as one thing for sure you certainly won’t win!!!
As for customer support it is non existent

Okay since yesterday I was enjoying playing. I run a little bit of money about £400. I decided to withdraw it didn’t have a problem in the morning withdrawing it. It went through straight away and then I won again a little in the afternoon so I decided to destroy it, which was about £500 And then they decided I had to verify my account which is fair enough so I did say gave all the necessary details and everything they were like okay we’re gonna pass it on to our team. I haven’t heard anything since they suspended my account. I don’t know why I’m not want to gamble loads so I thought I won and I thought with drawing was a good idea but now it’s just sitting there pending waiting for them to send it through and they haven’t done so and now with everyone else else’s reviews will I ever get my money?

Awful company. I had similar to all other customers. Went through IBAS and was found in my favour! No surprise really as their terms and conditions are horrendous. Deposited £500 and turned it in £3.5k. All winnings voided and my deposit given back to me. Emailed and complained to be offered instantly a £400 casino bonus.
Told them to shove it and was offered 1k in cash. Told them to shove it.
I’d advise anyone to go to IBAS in a similar situation.

Honestly the worst site I have ever used. As soon as you win they suspend your account so you are unable to withdraw. 6 days of emails and still nothing they continue to tell you your account will be active that day and your withdrawal will be processed and still nothing. This is a shocking website. The worst of the worst and you needn’t bother signing up - I can assure you that this will cause you more stress and heartache even if you do win a sizeable amount of money. I won £2.2k over the course of 4 hours and on the last spin (casino game) I won the majority of the funds totalling £1.3k. Following the win, my account was suspended and I have been going back and forth on this with the ‘team’ at Fafabet since last night. This is still ongoing and is frankly akin to thievery.

Be warned - DO NOT trust Fafabet with your money.

Soon as you want to withdraw,verification checks ,bank statements etc. Nothinv but problems with fafabet. Use another website to protect your mental health. It drives you crazy how the can operate in this manner

I withdrew the funds and received email after email for ‘account verification’

I had to provide bank statements for 2 accounts, utility bill , drivers license. Followed by emails asking questions such as

1. The reason behind the overdraft.
2. Any actions you plan to take to clear the overdraft.

Additionally, to ensure a safer gambling approach, we kindly request the following additional documents:

1. Most recent payslip.
2. Bank statement for the last month from the account where you receive your salary.

I had read reviews about this site before so I complied and did not ask any questions I was super polite although I did not want to provide this information but knew if I didn’t they may lock me out of my account and do everything not to release my funds.

A tip if you find yourself in this situation be polite ‘ of course I can provide that no problem’

Following this interrogation they released my funds and I received the money thankfully into my account only 12 hours after requested withdrawal , be patient and you will receive the money , if they notice you have a overdraft the reason I provided was ‘I was a student a few years back and required an overdraft to which I plan to pay off monthly.

My advice to you play their game, withdraw and never use this site again they are playing a very strange game that they hide behind responsible gambling checks.

It’s a shame because if they operated correctly their site is good and could have been one I used frequently. But nobody needs to be out through this level of intrusive interrogation by anybody never mind a bookie.

Never had any issues with them. I accidentally withdrew some money to my card that I no longer have, and they helped me redirect. They're always very helpful
