Then place my account on hold because you are only allowed to bet 25% of your desposit as a maximum bet, funny that was never an issue when I was losing nor is there any clear detail or reminders in the game. I deposited £100 and played online roulette, I managed to be lucky and won £1000 under and hour or so . They blocked my account and sent me an email after contacting customer support that it was a cooling off period . This morning they reply to me saying in there TC's (clause 7.7.4) I was only allowed to play 25% less than my initial deposit.
Firstly they don't have any mechanism prompting you and secondly which players who plays roulette holds this in mind . It's another way of restricting you too win where other sites don't do so ..I haven't heard of such Jargon.

Also they paid out my friends total amounts they won and they played and average of 60% to 78% of there deposits per spin .

Please reconsider playing or joining them for online playing ..the TC's are there but illegal consistency and fraudulent.

fafabet,more like laughabet,,went to withdraw funds of £450..ok fair enough they wanted documents to verify account which i complied and received a email back saying thank you and your account is verified,,,4 hrs later i went to withdraw £350 winnings and was met with another email asking to verify how i fund my account,,,already submitted bank statements proving where i get my money...not worth the hassle with this tin pot company,soon as i get my winnings back the account will be closed...its a case of we will take your deposits no questions asked but when you want to withdraw we will stall you and fob you off

Another site just for deposits, payouts are ZERO, slots random are a shame, and the worst is that I withdraw 20 pounds and they just pay me 17 pounds , before the withdrawal receive an email from them saying that I have to pay 5% fee for my 20 pounds withdrawal !!!!!!! Joined and won a decent amount. Account was suspended pending a verification. Sent all the details and got my money after around 5 days. Be patient and you'll get it.

SCAM STAY AWAY

They charge min £3 withdrawal fee or 5% depending on what’s higher. Absolute crooks. This is after they restricted my stakes so I couldn’t even wager my deposit. CON!

I made a deposit this morning and managed to win 1.8k.

My account was suddenly suspend half way through game play and request of verification over email.

I googled the casino for reviews and was petrified I wouldn’t get my winnings.

I sent all documents on like requested. No communication or reply on webchat and I was starting to feel ill with worry I had been scammed.

Very fast response and reply’s to my emails and my account was reopened around 4 hours later after verification.

I then requested my withdrawal and it went into pending and at this point I felt I was never going to revive my winnings.

3 hours later my winnings were in my bank.
Fast responses over emails, all documents sent and recived snd reviewed quickly and a quick payout. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off. But please do read their terms and conditions, I never did at the start and I don’t be playing now on their after reading them. Withdrawals and process was fast snd no issue.

I'm genuinely at a loss for words- this operator has no idea what is going on.

I deposited and placed bets on football- made £1500. Went to withdraw 500, was immediately suspended and unable to- I received an e-mail asking for KYC documents, sure, great, that's normal- no probs. I provided every document required and received an e-mail in return thanking me and declaring that I was now fully verified.

I log back in- account suspended- apparently now my account had been placed on a 24 hour cool down- why? Makes no sense. I complained- the cool down was suddenly gone.

I attempted to withdraw two x 500 withdrawals- PENDING, baring in mind yesterday I made a withdrawal without being verified and it was in my account within an hour- still pending two hours later I receive the same generic e-mail asking me to complete KYC- despite having already gone through this process hours earlier and been verified.

Withdrawals still pending. I don't think they have a clue what they are doing. I will be filing complaints with the gambling commission for my treatment and the ombundsman. This is atrocious.

EDIT. reminded them on e-mail that is illegal to delay a withdrawal request from a customer in requesting additional documents- 15 minutes later they paid into my bank. I played the remaining 500 into my account, won two bets and it's now at 1350- low and behold temporarily suspended for the third time today. It's just awful. withdrawing and never playing again. they are in breach of so many rules it's unbelievable.
