Very professional service and did a great job cleaning the oven. Outgoing tenants left the oven in a complete mess the oven was covered in layers of black burnt on grease, and stains all inside the oven. Now looks like a brand new oven.

The London Platinum team (Anita, Chris and Sharon) were absolutely fantastic. They did a full house deep clean, oven and carpet clean and their work was incredible in the 6 hours they were here. Extremely thorough, diligent and spotted every issue before being asked. They were a pleasure to use and I will be using them for regular cleans going forward. Couldn’t recommend more. Annabelle

London team were fantastic. Ive three dogs, a small house and the mud recently has been made. Carpets, and even the stairs were left sparkly clean and fresh smelling. Ive used other companies before and their carpet shampooing has been no where near as good as these guys

I booked platinum cleaners London to clean the flat.
In under 3 hours Anita and Sharon tackled the cleaning.
The results were superb, the oven was gleaming like new, the bathrooms and shower screens likewise.

They were late and instead of apologising, we were met with a bad attitude by a member of staff on WhatsApp and on the phone. We in the end did not feel comfortable with having them come home so cancelled. This attitude is rude and extremely off putting.

Anita and her colleague from the London team were fantastic. I booked in a deep clean and they delivered! No corner or skirting board left untouched and I finally feel like my house is a home again. What these ladies accomplished in three hours is nothing short of a miracle. Would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service, they we so friendly and worked so hard and a really dirty oven is now as new. Really good value, getting them back soon to clean the carpets!

Unfortunately have a string of e mails from Gareth and am still awaiting the promised refund having given him the bank details he asked for. Paid £295 for 2 people to spend 3 hours doing a domestic clean because the rest of the work wasn’t carried out as promised. Offered a partial refund which I agreed to accept but have yet to receive that partial refund.
