TERRIBLE SERVICE! We paid a lot of money for an end of tenancy clean and the inspector found areas in EVERY room that required additional cleaning so our deposit was deducted. They refused to accept responsibility eventhough we shared the detailed inspection report with them. ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RECOMMEND

Even 1 star is too much, if I could give 0 stars, I would.
I instructed them to carry out deep cleaning of my property in the East Midlands area, over the course of two full consecutive days due to end of construction works.
Asum the office manager took a deposit of 50% payment at the time of booking and then the remaining balance the day before the cleaners were due to arrive citing my previous rescheduling request (as I had to be admitted into hospital on an emergency basis which he was informed of). Not only did he require the full payment prior to providing the service but he also had the audacity to add a significant cancellation fee. As I had already paid the 50% deposit, he had me at his mercy so in good faith I made the payment as I needed the cleaning to be outsourced due to my ill health.
Day 1 - the cleaner, Laxmi tuned up half an hour late and left a substandard and incomplete job after only half a day at 1.30pm and that too without making me aware that he was leaving. As it was a Sunday, Asum the office manager was unavailable so I had to wait until the following day to raise the issues.
The cleaner did such a poor job, things like dust which requires no scrubbing were still right there. On many occasions he would attempt to clean an area of the floor and then proceed to walk over it again with his shoes on making it patch dirty again. His cleaning was abysmal. He outright refused to clean the floors and doors. Where he "cleaned" all the dust was still visibly there. He then proceeded to complain about how far he had to travel back as he drove down from High Wycome. Consequently every job I assigned to him, he kept on telling me to delegate to the cleaner (his manager) due to arrive on Day 2 so he could return early. I could go on and on about the sorry state of affairs this cleaner left for me...
Day 2 - the second cleaner James (who was Laxmi's manager) arrived. Immediately upon arriving he informed me that he was only booked for half a day and had to leave at midday as he had another job in Stevenage. Despite paying for a cleaner for the full day, Asum only booked James in for half a day.
I raised all of the issues with James onsite and with Asum over the phone in James' presence. James was in full agreement that the quality of Laxmi's work was atrocious and there were several subsequent phone calls between him and Asum and then myself and Asum as a result.
I was assured by Asum that there would be a third cleaner coming out the following day to complete the job and he would call me in the afternoon to confirm the time and in the meantime James would remedy Laxmi's work. Unfortunately as James had to leave by midday he was unable to remedy Laxmi's work and furthermore he was unable to carry out his own cleaning tasks due to this. The carpet cleaning service I had booked had not even been attempted, bathrooms remained unclean, floors dirty, kitchen not even set foot in, again, I could go on and on.
James left after his half a day and afternoon came and went but no contact from Asum was forthcoming despite several phone calls to him.
Day 3 - I still had not heard nothing from Asum despite several phone calls, messages left with his colleague Ruhi and emails from my husband.
Eventually I gave up trying to contact him as I was not getting anywhere and it was taking up too much of my time. I was clearly being ghosted.
Please save yourself the hassle and avoid these conmen.

Do not use this company! Bath cleaners
I booked 4 hours to clean my flat. The cleaner did not bother to stay the full 4 hours, left his own personal waste in our bin without using a bin bag, and it was clear he did not Hoover and dust properly ! There was dust remaining on the surfaces I had specifically pointed out to cleaner, as well as clumps of dust and hairs on the carpet and bathrooms.
Moreover, when I emailed customer service, I was met with very rude and snide remarks from the company, who never denied that their cleaner did a bad job and did not stay the entire 4 hours, but refused to consider even a partial refund (when pricing is per hour, and I paid for a service I did not receive). I am very disappointed and lost £150 in this process ! Do not use this company if you are in Bath area, they are quite literally scammers who do not prioritize efficient cleaning and professionalism.

Firstly. Sabina.
You booked your clean in with us for the Sunday of the queen's jubilee.
Secondly.
We turned up, called your number which was provided prior to booking
Thirdly.
My team who attended knocked your door, NO ANSWER. We tried calling you, no answer, my team drove 50 minutes to your address from their first job, you didn't answer the phone, open your door.
I did say id call you, apologies for that,you live in SE, so i was matching work up to a certain day.... When we are in your area.
You declined, said you couldn't do that day..
If customers dont answer our calls, open their doors to allow access, im afraid we have no alternative, but to leave.
So,
Anita forgot to mention that she has suggested the Jubilee Sunday at 3pm, whereas her team has contacted me at 2:03pm, with no message left, so I couldn’t see who called me. Then claims that the team knocked on door, was it at 3pm or 2pm? Still, not recommending the company.
Disappointing…

Having accepted a quote for £1,000 to "Deep Clean" our property following building works, and paying 50% upfront to "Platinum Superior" who appear to go by the name of The Perfect Cleaning Company and Platinum Superior Cleaners, they turned up on time on the agreed date.
It became very clear, very quickly that there was a poor standard of work being undertaken (especially after being asked if I wanted the stairs hoovered by one operative!!). The gentleman who appeared to be in charge was asked by me to have a walk round before completing to make sure everything was acceptable. This did not happen, and they left at 15:00 whereupon I called their office to be told that the "Complaints Manager" had left for the day, which is surprising given the tsunami of poor reviews we should have paid more attention to.
I have spent almost a week trying (and failing) to get them to come back to carry out what they were contracted to do, only to be told I had to pay in full before they would return. This, after failing so badly to undertake a deep clean on a six bedroomed house with three operatives who left at 15:00 more interested in their journey home and taking a leisurely lunch, than if we were happy with what they had not done during the day.
All we wanted was the property cleaned and would have happily paid for that to be done, but that seems to be beyond the understanding of this company who, after to failing to deliver once now want full payment up front before they will consider returning. Full payment for a job which needs doing again - this time by a reputable company who understand what customer care and service delivery actually is.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND ANY ASSOCIATION WITH PLATINUM SUPERIOR AT ALL COSTS.
Unless of course you are happy with overpriced inferior quality work and appalling customer care, in which case, of course, this lot are perfect for you.
We are commencing County Court proceedings for recovery of the deposit paid and their failure to complete the task they were contracted to do. Stay clear to avoid being in the same position as us.

I had a end of tenancy clean booked in Bedford. There were no white goods, or cooker to clean. No carpets needed cleaning either as they were due to be changed. I live in London so I couldn't be there on the day but someone had a key to let them in. I received a call around 1pm to be told they would finish in 30mins. All done and paid. Went on the Sunday to discover doors were still dirty, so I cleaned them with a sponge and fairy liquid, windows inside were still dirty and so were the inside window frames. So I cleaned all those. Tiles in one of the bathrooms still had dirt on them, one of the showers had some blackness on the tiles which wasn't cleaned so I simply sprayed flash bleach and it all came up clean. Seeing there wasn't that much to clean in reality, what actually did the cleaners clean then? because most of it I done myself the next day. I wish I had been there on the day but sometimes its not always possible and you trust these companies to do as they claim. Waste of money
