Anita and the London Team

I wanted to write a review because I was so grateful to Anita and her London Team for the end of tenancy clean. I paid £800 for the size of my house and the number of appliances that required cleaning. They did an excellent job. They cleaned the carpets to almost brand new. Anita was very polite and very friendly together with her team members. I actually gave her a tip as I was very extremely satisfied. She gave the tip to her team and did not keep it herself showing me that she values her team and the hard work. It surprises me reading reviews that have rated her a low score and have said otherwise as that certainly was not my experience. It makes me wonder why people would say such things and need to consider their own actions. I will be using Anita again for my next move and fully recommend her to anyone needing a cleaning service.

Do not trust Anita or the fancy…

Do not trust Anita or the fancy website.
She charged £ 800 for an end of tenancy clean , and I sent photos of the level of cleaning required . She paid her team of 3 ladies a pittance of £60 each , what did she do with rest of the money.??
The ladies tried their best to do what she expected of them but the property was left not cleaned to the level she had guaranteed.They had children to go home to and could not work any longer.
Even after given the opportunity tó send other cleaners in to finish the job, she couldn’t be bothered. She already had my money, and women needing work that she could exploit.
Please , please don’t trust her or use this company. I dont usually write reviews, but perhaps I can save others out there from being ripped off.

Unfortunately my team wasnt paid £60.00, THEY ARE SELF EMPLOYED AND GET £125.00 PER DAY , the reason you were charged £800.00 is because the terrible and disgusting state your property was in... 3 bed, 2 bath, with 3 fridges, 1 oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Extractor fan, and fridge freezer, our team worked 30 hours and we felt that was most defently worth the work which had been put in.
Further more my team do have children, but also partners at home to look after them.
You booked in telling me your life story, and i sympathised, because other companies declined the clean because your property was in a very, very, very dirty and unsafe environment to live in.
Further more, ON YOUR RETURN TO THE PROPERTY YOU WERE DRUNK... and my team said you were crying with joy, you were very happy with the clean. So you passed the clean and allowed them to leave. ( if things were missed has you put it, then you should of checked, and focused more) the team would of stayed. You sounded a lovely person on the phone prior booking, and you've completely switched, we dont get this often at all....
Instead of bad mouthing me, save your abuse and anger for the tennent, who left your property in a bad state, obviously on your behalf your rental was most defently managed very poorly, and was left for 6 /7 years, and NEVER CLEANED THE PROPERTY!!!
EVER!!!!

Sharon and George from the London team…

Sharon and George from the London team did an excellent job on my carpets. Some deep stains on the upholstery could not be completely removed but on balance I'm very happy.

Disappointing clean

Bearing in mind it says on the website 1hr to clean a carpet, and although we don’t have huge rooms in our house I booked to get the largest room done, the guy was finished in half an hour!
He showed me a bucket of dirty water but the carpet didn’t look any different.
Very disappointed and a waste of money!

What area are you? we are a franchise and we are all over the country.
We use the best machines that money can buy, if the water was dirty that came out of the machine, surely if would of made a difference to your carpet. Theres no percific time on carpets, some carpets take longer than others, but if we knew what area you were from, please call the area manager from who ypu booked the service with, he will be more than happy to assist you

Very happy

Had an end of tenency deep clean, with double oven, and extractor fan.
Also a sofa and carpets steam cleaned.
I was absolutely delighted, the team in London came on time, and left them to it.
I returned 4hours later, they came with 4 people (all family) Sharon the team supervisor was helpful, and very professional.
A lovely happy bunch, I would highly recommend.
I’ll be passing on their details to the estate agents were I rent from.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked this company.
Booked an oven clean WF14. The technician was 2 hours late, when I called to find out where the technician was the bloke on the phone was rude, abrupt and offered no apology for the inconvenience, he told me I couldn’t rearrange for a more suitable day/time so I felt there was not much I could do having already paid 50% upfront, I could stand to lose some money. He told me he would ring and find out where the technician was and call me back - he never called me back. Terrible customer service, all you have to do is read the replies to the negative reviews on here to see that customer service is NOT their forte. When the technician finally showed up he told me his last job was booked in as the wrong time slot so he was never going to make the time slot that they had booked me in for - this gives you an idea of how badly managed the company is. I had to leave the technician in my house as I had to go out so I wasn’t there to check the job before he left. The back of the oven is still THICK with muck. I emailed them with my complaint asking for a partial refund and I attached pictures as proof of my oven and also the sponge that was black from what I had just wiped off the back of the oven. NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL. I had to scrub the oven down later and finish the job myself, I should be entitled to a refund. Disgraced with my experience of this company, DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

I have nothing but amazing things to…

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! I called for a end of tenancy clean, 2 days before I needed it. Anita managed to fit a team in for me, later in the evening. They knew I needed to go back to Yorkshire, so on the day of the clean they even managed to come 2 hours early. Lauren and George were both absolutely fantastic and made the house spotless. The company went above and beyond to help me and I can’t thank them enough :)

Absolutely Awful - Avoid At All Costs!

I booked for end of tenancy clean and honestly felt like nothing had been done apart from the fridge/freezer. The bathroom wasn’t even touched so we had to clean ourselves….on top of this they left a coffee cup in our food bin which had coffee still inside that spilt all inside the bin, so we ended up cleaning up after these cleaners! They also gave us a time of 1pm-3pm but turned up after 4pm. When I made a complaint to Anita she justified the standard of the clean by saying she gave me a discount of the VAT at the time of booking, (however I didn’t realise this meant the clean wouldn’t be done to an acceptable standard) and the coffee cup by stating the bin was on the porch so that was fine, and said her team were “highly skilled”. Wish I could add pics to show how awful it was! I honestly felt like I was scammed and wish I could escalate this further as we paid over £300 for this…

Me and my ream attended your 4 bed 2 Baths property, end of tenancy, you were asked if you wanted your oven, hob, and extractor fan, appliances? Only fridge freezer, you then asked why your oven wasnt done? You didnt book an oven clean, i cleaned the hob.
Which had crumbs over it, thr hpuse waa full of damp, and paint flaking off walls.
We did an end of tenency deep clean, and regards to the coffee cup, we used the bin to dispose of tgis, which waa outside the property!!
You were asked if you needed a carpet clean? But declined, personally you did!
Laminate floor was full og gaps, because the property waa full of damp, and foundations were moving, hence why the landlord is selling, before we left you checked the property, you were happy!!!! (seems to me.You were looking for a refund.... )
You were kept updated with our arrival also, unfortunately some people want something for nothing, well cleaningvis extremely hard work, and we are so fortunate we do a job, we most thoroughly enjoy.

They didn’t turn up for my first…

They didn’t turn up for my first booking. When I called the next morning I found they had tried to contact me so I rebooked. I was given the time of 10 30 but when confirmation came in Times was 10.30- 11.30. At 12 noon I called to cancel because I had been down this route before . Matt then called me back asked how he could help me. He explained that jobs could run over time or there could be traffic holdups which I am aware of. That is why they give you an hours grace. After that time I would have expected a courtesy call. Even if that was just to reassure me that they were on their way
Matt then told me he would have to make a charge for cancelled appointment. When they had t turned up?
The deposit was taken from my bank account on booking. It hasn’t been returned

Hadbi read these reviews( the reviews on their website are glowing). I would never have booked them

Badly managed business, late & poor levels customer service.

Service and cleaning standards not at all 'Platinum'!!! The presentation of the website does not reflect they cleaning staff they send out to you! We always booked them for 2 days in a row, 5 hours per time - they were often late or Anita had made an error with the booking and therefore got the time mixed up. When we said showing up 3 hours late was not acceptable, they commented, 'We have other customers and other jobs!'. Badly managed business with poor levels of customer service - it is down to them to manage their business and allow sufficient time to travel between jobs and also find parking.
Save Yourself The Trouble and Do Not Use Them!

Oh and Anita had held onto to our £300 deposit, when I rebooked I questioned this, to which she replied 'I will need to check' Bad administration!

Unfortunately fav-girl - label, we have no idea who you are, if you always booked us for 2 days per week, and my team was that poor at cleaning, and late, and myself was messing up bookings?
Ask yourself why? You continued using us? we have no details of any bookings in our system, 2 days per week 5 hours per visit, it's ludicrous, parking is mentioned prior yo booking, if there's no parking we cannot provide the service.... Which the customer is always asked very politely.
Our service is second to non, and our team do an outstanding clean every time!!
Regards to traffic congestion (we live in London) if we do appear stuck in traffic, unfortunately we cannot fly, we drive, every customer is updated, and notified if this occurs.

Sharon and Anita from the London team did a fantastic job with our end of tenancy clean. They were so flexible and supportive regarding have to change the time of the appointment last minute. Thank you for the very thorough job, the flat looked brand new!

Damage to brand new freezer

The cleaning was excellent, no questions there. I cancelled them when a carpet cleaner (which I never asked for) was brought in by the manager to clean my carpets; because they were always late. I was left with damage to my brand new freezer door. Not happy with that and they had to go. (this was kent/London)

A Task Well Executed.

The boys from the London team were very helpfull in explaining what they were going to do to clean our Temple Main Hall carpet which is some 520sq mt.
It took them about 3 hours but the result was to our liking and once again a professional task carried out by a professional London team.

Then I said I don't trust you anymore. Let me have your complaints department. I was told she is the complaints department. I asked for the director she said she was the director. I said I didn't want my carpet cleaned. I again asked for my deposit to be refunded. She said gobto your solicitors and we'll go to our solicitors. Rude, lying, cheats! Be warned. Do not use these person.

1) our team kept you in the time of arrival
2) we got stuck in traffic, and you said you were in for us to come, the time which we stated.
3) you were rude and shouting down the phone... We don't take any abuse from customers, when it's out of our control regarding traffic congestion.
4) we arrived, you said 8 don't want your service, it took 1 hour, 20 minutes to drive to you, and you were understanding of the situation, if you'd of said the time of arrival wasn't convenient, we would of rescheduled your clean
5)you were rude to our team member, and replied "I don't want your service",
6) you demanded a refunnd of your deposit, which we need 24 hours notice, it states it on our Google page.
