I wanted to write a review because I was so grateful to Anita and her London Team for the end of tenancy clean. I paid £800 for the size of my house and the number of appliances that required cleaning. They did an excellent job. They cleaned the carpets to almost brand new. Anita was very polite and very friendly together with her team members. I actually gave her a tip as I was very extremely satisfied. She gave the tip to her team and did not keep it herself showing me that she values her team and the hard work. It surprises me reading reviews that have rated her a low score and have said otherwise as that certainly was not my experience. It makes me wonder why people would say such things and need to consider their own actions. I will be using Anita again for my next move and fully recommend her to anyone needing a cleaning service.

Do not trust Anita or the fancy website.
She charged £ 800 for an end of tenancy clean , and I sent photos of the level of cleaning required . She paid her team of 3 ladies a pittance of £60 each , what did she do with rest of the money.??
The ladies tried their best to do what she expected of them but the property was left not cleaned to the level she had guaranteed.They had children to go home to and could not work any longer.
Even after given the opportunity tó send other cleaners in to finish the job, she couldn’t be bothered. She already had my money, and women needing work that she could exploit.
Please , please don’t trust her or use this company. I dont usually write reviews, but perhaps I can save others out there from being ripped off.

Sharon and George from the London team did an excellent job on my carpets. Some deep stains on the upholstery could not be completely removed but on balance I'm very happy.

Bearing in mind it says on the website 1hr to clean a carpet, and although we don’t have huge rooms in our house I booked to get the largest room done, the guy was finished in half an hour!
He showed me a bucket of dirty water but the carpet didn’t look any different.
Very disappointed and a waste of money!

Had an end of tenency deep clean, with double oven, and extractor fan.
Also a sofa and carpets steam cleaned.
I was absolutely delighted, the team in London came on time, and left them to it.
I returned 4hours later, they came with 4 people (all family) Sharon the team supervisor was helpful, and very professional.
A lovely happy bunch, I would highly recommend.
I’ll be passing on their details to the estate agents were I rent from.

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked this company.
Booked an oven clean WF14. The technician was 2 hours late, when I called to find out where the technician was the bloke on the phone was rude, abrupt and offered no apology for the inconvenience, he told me I couldn’t rearrange for a more suitable day/time so I felt there was not much I could do having already paid 50% upfront, I could stand to lose some money. He told me he would ring and find out where the technician was and call me back - he never called me back. Terrible customer service, all you have to do is read the replies to the negative reviews on here to see that customer service is NOT their forte. When the technician finally showed up he told me his last job was booked in as the wrong time slot so he was never going to make the time slot that they had booked me in for - this gives you an idea of how badly managed the company is. I had to leave the technician in my house as I had to go out so I wasn’t there to check the job before he left. The back of the oven is still THICK with muck. I emailed them with my complaint asking for a partial refund and I attached pictures as proof of my oven and also the sponge that was black from what I had just wiped off the back of the oven. NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL. I had to scrub the oven down later and finish the job myself, I should be entitled to a refund. Disgraced with my experience of this company, DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! I called for a end of tenancy clean, 2 days before I needed it. Anita managed to fit a team in for me, later in the evening. They knew I needed to go back to Yorkshire, so on the day of the clean they even managed to come 2 hours early. Lauren and George were both absolutely fantastic and made the house spotless. The company went above and beyond to help me and I can’t thank them enough :)
I booked for end of tenancy clean and honestly felt like nothing had been done apart from the fridge/freezer. The bathroom wasn’t even touched so we had to clean ourselves….on top of this they left a coffee cup in our food bin which had coffee still inside that spilt all inside the bin, so we ended up cleaning up after these cleaners! They also gave us a time of 1pm-3pm but turned up after 4pm. When I made a complaint to Anita she justified the standard of the clean by saying she gave me a discount of the VAT at the time of booking, (however I didn’t realise this meant the clean wouldn’t be done to an acceptable standard) and the coffee cup by stating the bin was on the porch so that was fine, and said her team were “highly skilled”. Wish I could add pics to show how awful it was! I honestly felt like I was scammed and wish I could escalate this further as we paid over £300 for this…

They didn’t turn up for my first booking. When I called the next morning I found they had tried to contact me so I rebooked. I was given the time of 10 30 but when confirmation came in Times was 10.30- 11.30. At 12 noon I called to cancel because I had been down this route before . Matt then called me back asked how he could help me. He explained that jobs could run over time or there could be traffic holdups which I am aware of. That is why they give you an hours grace. After that time I would have expected a courtesy call. Even if that was just to reassure me that they were on their way
Matt then told me he would have to make a charge for cancelled appointment. When they had t turned up?
The deposit was taken from my bank account on booking. It hasn’t been returned
Hadbi read these reviews( the reviews on their website are glowing). I would never have booked them

Service and cleaning standards not at all 'Platinum'!!! The presentation of the website does not reflect they cleaning staff they send out to you! We always booked them for 2 days in a row, 5 hours per time - they were often late or Anita had made an error with the booking and therefore got the time mixed up. When we said showing up 3 hours late was not acceptable, they commented, 'We have other customers and other jobs!'. Badly managed business with poor levels of customer service - it is down to them to manage their business and allow sufficient time to travel between jobs and also find parking.
Save Yourself The Trouble and Do Not Use Them!
Oh and Anita had held onto to our £300 deposit, when I rebooked I questioned this, to which she replied 'I will need to check' Bad administration!

The cleaning was excellent, no questions there. I cancelled them when a carpet cleaner (which I never asked for) was brought in by the manager to clean my carpets; because they were always late. I was left with damage to my brand new freezer door. Not happy with that and they had to go. (this was kent/London)

The boys from the London team were very helpfull in explaining what they were going to do to clean our Temple Main Hall carpet which is some 520sq mt.
It took them about 3 hours but the result was to our liking and once again a professional task carried out by a professional London team.

I said I didn't want my carpet cleaned. I again asked for my deposit to be refunded. She said gobto your solicitors and we'll go to our solicitors. Rude, lying, cheats! Be warned. Do not use these person.
