The checkout was so slow

The checkout was so slow I almost didn't complete it in the 15 minutes. Even the links for reviewing the checkout process were broken or confusing.

No Customer Care, No Commercial Ethics

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a ticket with a refund fee and reported my mistake immediately, yet they refused to refund under any circumstances.

There is zero customer satisfaction, no goodwill, and no sense of commercial ethics in how they handle customers. Charging extra for “refund” options and then denying support is unacceptable.

Not reliable. I would not recommend using this platform.

The web page is not accepting our…

The web page is not accepting our credit cards we have tried 3 different cards, support team absolutely no help, i asked them to email me a secure link but they didn't even answer, this same site would not work for different tickets the day before and the lady at that venue sent me a secure link which was great and I got the tickets no problem.

Platinumlist always making us smile

I am very grateful to you guys for the timely notification a few minutes after the tickets were up. I was glad to be able to get the tickets on time and in the gc. Always a great experience buying tickets with you guys. Great app, easy to locate tickets, always upping ur app design game and finding ways to improve our overall experience. I have always had an excellent experience with you guys and am truly grateful for such exceptional service and superb ticketing experience.

Smooth, secure & hassle- free

I have been purchasing tickets, as well as my friends, for the past 6 years through Platinumlist and face no issues. It is always easy and transaction is always smooth. One time the artist couldn’t make it so the show was cancelled, received an email for the refund and tadaaa it was refunded within a week.

The app doesn't work.

The app doesn't work.

If you leave the app, your ticket selection is reset. This makes it impossible to copy/paste banking details. However, I got past that by entering the details manually. Unfortunately, approving the payment requires me to switch to my banking app. When I leave the app to approve the transaction, the ticket purchase is cancelled.

Despite this, their records show me as having already purchased tickets, even though no transaction has completed. Therefore, when I try to buy the tickets, it won't let me as it says I've exceeded the number of tickets I'm allowed to buy - even though I've not successfully bought any!!!!

As a result:

* No payment has gone through.
* No tickets have been issued.
* The app will not allow me to retry the purchase.
* It incorrectly claims I have exceeded the ticket purchase limit.

We completely understand how exhausting it is to manually type in details and switch between apps, only to have your transaction lock you out and incorrectly claim you have exceeded your purchase limit when no payment has even gone through.

Please know that we take all customer feedback with the utmost seriousness and view it as a chance to update the team with the customer's feedback for future events. The ticket limit error occurs because our system temporarily reserves the seats during the payment process; we recommend waiting 10 to 15 minutes for the cart to automatically reset so you can try again.

i tried to book the lowest price ticket…

i tried to book the lowest price ticket , but it was showing as not available.. Do i booked the 289 riyal ticket . But only after booking i saw that its for 16+ age as i had also included my 12 year old son.. Tried to call customer service many many times , but it never got connected to any person

However, the transfer option is available for this event, so you can share the ticket with a friend or family member to use the ticket instead.
