Ok so my biggest complaint is the extensive amount of time it took to get my withdrawal back. They promised between 3+5 days and in reality I was left waiting unable to play or claim any other bonus. Also I had attempted to make two separate withdrawals because my max cash out at that time was 100$ which I moved into the pending withdrawal status. With my remaining change and with an added 25$ deposit of my own I continued to play with luck on my side and won quite BIG. After a few hours I decided to cash out my $175. Only after two weeks of waiting did I find out that I could only receive my max cash out of 100$ and the rest was forfeited. It didn't make much sense to me even with the explanatory email. I think if you WIN, then you WIN but needless to say, I wasnt happy with this site and will not be putting any but more of my money or time into playing here.
