Best trainers in Town

I spent 2yrs viewing my favourite Adidas (red gold green), then while planning mine and 12 other friends 50th birthday the add appeared ….. what to do … let’s buy everyone a pair. 15 mins call later my dream and the unimaginable was DUN for all of us . The Team were unbelievable in their desire to ensure I got the best surprise present for the gents living in 3 continents at the same time and place in Jamaica …. Nuff respect. Nuff love . Give thanks

Superb Customer Care

I ordered a special model of Adidas from Platinum Shoe Care. I received a couple of emails updating me on the progress of my order and why I might expect a slight delay. Every step of the way, from ordering to delivery, I was given accurate information and made to feel cared for. And the shoes! So worth it!

As you have purchased an item that is handmade and made to order our lead time is 4-6 weeks. We do encourage all of our customers to get in contact if they need the shoes by a certain date and we always do out utmost to accommodate this. This information is detailed very clearly within all of our product descriptions under the section that says 'IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ'.

On ALL of our product descriptions there is a section that says 'IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ' within this section is clearly states prices do not include custom taxes, if you have decided to not read this, we cannot be held accountable for that.

It’s the small things 🫶🏼

The personal touches and communication with the team at Plantium Care is amazing! They responded to all my annoying questions about my customised trainers and even changed my shipping address last minute! They even placed a little surprise in my trainer box- some sweeties- it’s the small things 🫶🏼

Saw an ad on IG

Saw an ad on IG. shoes looked amazing (coffee air force 1's). ordered. process was clear from the beginning - they gave me a projected date, and were spot on. the shoes? amazing. i love them. perfectly done. would recommend and def look forward to purchasing again.
