Fake controller’s seen them being sold on eBay also on Amazon as third party controller’s for £30 told them so they apologised and said would refund money which never happened so filled out form online for bank and they got it for me took 5 mins to fill out form and 5 days to get money back hope this helps

Awful, bought a ps4 controller, broke within a month, not charging, contacting customer services via online form is a revolving door, I fill the form in, send a video, ask for a replacement and all I get is the same email from Ana asking to reset the controller if this doesn't work send a video, can only do this via the online form, so send another communication online and recieve exactly the same reply and so on. Do not use!!!

What a load of rubbish! These are counterfeit PS controllers, waiting for my refund! Don’t waste your time buying this rubbish I wish I had know or they responded to my original question asking this very thing then I would not have brought!

Scammers, literally what everyone is saying is 100% true. Don’t buy from this website, promises promises, they said they will refund me my money back, been waiting over month now still nothing.

Could not cancel my order 24 hours after making it.

I asked several times for their return address which they did not provide.

Fake products, do not buy

Definitely not an original Sony product, the left thumb stick gets stuck in the bottom left position, the vibration motors strain when the vibration is activated and this is after 1 week of use. Overall it's a very poor product, I have contacted Play Control and had no response. Spend the extra bit of money and buy from a reputable business.

Do not use. Fake items. I bought I PS4 controller and turned up and was not an official controller as advertised!

Received controller in perfect working condition. Took a little longer than wanted it to. Slight cross communication with Hermes and tracking details which cause a fear of being scammed. Customer service was helpful whilst slightly confusing think they might not be English. All in all happy with the product purchased. Will use again as I got what I wanted cheaper than Amazon and the high street.

this is a fake company that has stole the website from another person all their items are fake (counterfeit) from china. the police have been informed and trading standards in the uk also i sent all the info i have on there fools to customs in france who are in the process of investigating them... someone going to prison

Easy to purchase.
Good price.
Arrived well packaged and quickly.
No problems.

Took ages to arrive and since we bought the controller we have been scammed twice for the price of the controller £26 which is ridiculous

Controller turned up in about 7 days. It works perfect, my son says the sound quality is better through his headphones than the original PS4 controllers. I have already ordered another one 👍

Controller order experience was fine. Turned up a few days later than expected but it works well and my son loves it. Camo option went down well!

Controller arrived on time and one delighted boy that he could use his PlayStation again.

Fake faulty and cheaply made. Tried asking for a refund and am getting nowhere.
