George received a Roolo from the lovely team at Play9 and he honestly loves it. The pyramidal shape means that the movement is unpredictable and the small treat hole means he has to work hard for his prize. It’s the perfect enrichment to use in the shade on a warm day or as entertainment when you’re out and about.

Excellent product my micro American bully has managed to destroy every "unbreakable" toy she has ever been given but this not only has survived her attempts to chew it, it keeps her attention for ages.

Tried daily since purchase but she is not interested in rolling the 'ball' as treats do not come out. I had purchased dried food as suggested but pieces only come out when shaken by a human. Maybe the food is are just too light?? The treats will be eaten if put on floor or from our hand so no issue with the treats. Our dog is small to medium. For us was waste of money

Stanley loves this. Easy to use, easy to clean, now our go to way to eat kibble. Think this will be a lifesaver on those summer days when walks really aren't an option.

This company should provide training to all companies on customer service. Wow

Daisy hasn't wrecked it- whoop whoop!!! She's really enjoying playing with it and keeps her occupied.

The Roolo is a great product, l bought one for each of my 2 dogs and they love them. They keep them entertained for ages.
Communction from the company was good and delivery was straightforward

Our cockapoo loves her new toy. We use her favourite treat cut small to tempt her. She will persevere for fully 20 minutes until the toy is empty. Thank you.

My dog eats everything and guards everything so I expected he would do both with this.
He didn’t eat it while empty but as soon as I filled it he played with it a while then guarded it.
I will only let him have it while he’s on his lead so I can retrieve it but he certainly has to be work for his treats so I like it

Great product, really entertains my young dachshund Jack Russell cross!
(Long enough for us to eat our dinner undisturbed!!)
He even enjoys his kibble more from this, rather than from a bowl!
Very entertaining to watch him with it.
One tip I’d share when using it, is to put some bigger treats in with the smaller treats and kibble. This stops the treats falling out the hole too quickly.

Seems indestructible too :)
Money well spent!!

Karlah the Tibetan terrier loves her treat dispenser. The random movement maintains her interest much longer than others we have tried. Her Schnauzer ‘sisters’ are also very interested, but Karlah is unfortunately not willing to share!

Unfortunately I also had issues with the product . The first Roolo came apart at the seam within minutes . I was promptly sent a replacement which has lasted a month but this has now got same problem.

I can't fault the customer service as they promptly sent me a replacement free of charge.

Brilliant toy for dogs that are heavy chewers and destory most toys! My boy could set world records for how fast he'll have a toy ripped open and he is absolutely in love with his Roolo.

My pups LOVE the Roolo! It’s a great environment toy for in or outside. It’s super strong which is great for chewers! We have had ours nearly a year and it still looks brand new. Absolutely great product and i highly recommend!!

My Springer loves the Roolo - we had an issue with a defective toy, got in contact via the website and within about 30mins I had a call from the team apologising and sending out a replacement. Couldn’t fault the customer care and attention to detail!

What a great treat dispenser for our Cocker Spaniel he absolutely loves it - he’s keeps working it until it’s empty. Very good communication and customer service from the Play9 team.

5/5 stars from yogi! He’s still playing with it now! I like how soft it is so he can pick it up and walk around/ won’t bash things in the house, but tough enough so he can play with it too! Plus the hole is just the right size so the game isn’t too easy or too hard 😃 yogi says thank you very much

I recently won a roolo from an Instagram giveaway and when I say I couldn't be happier I really mean it ! The roolo is amazing quality and a great toy for dogs,I have a Sprocker spaniel and a dachshund and they fell in love instantly working out how to remove the treats and how to move it around .
It is very durable, lightweight, easy to clean and hours of fun, the staff are also lovely on their social media account, I have already recommended the roolo to my doggo friends.
