Our Springer loves his Roolo. He's had some serious surgery recently and is pretty bored but this toy has perked him up. Great customer service. Thank you

The toy is great, although ours split, but that is where it gets even better.
I sent an email about the toy splitting & within 15 mins maybe even 10 mins they called me & could not apologise enough & have sent me a replacement free of charge. I wish all company's had that sort of customer service

My dog adores playing with the Roolo but unfortunately after a few uses it came apart at the seam - I contacted Play9 and they responded in about 2 minutes offering to send a replacement. Genuinely couldn’t get much better customer service than this small business provides! Very impressed and my dog will be thrilled to be able to play with one again :)

My rottweiler absolutely loves the Roolo, he has been playing with it none stop and it’s been great for enrichment. He’s been chewing and licking at it like crazy but it’s holding up incredibly well. It’s definitely going to be a long lasting toy, perfect for big breeds!

I am absolutely thrilled with the Roolo. It keeps my pup entertained for ages. After using the Roolo she is mentally stimulated, which is brilliant when you have a lively Vizsla. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10.

Got 1 each for my 2 greyhounds. I love how sturdy it is. At first the treats I put in were too big to fall out of the hole easily. 1 hound gave up, the other attacked it 🤣So now I cut up dried meat sticks. The hounds love the toy but it is quite hard work for them, part of the design I think to make it not too easy. Part of it is them, my hounds don't really know how to play like other dogs, so they need lots of encouragement. I think it's a clever design and would recommend it - just make sure you put really small pieces inside the first few times so they don't get disheartened.

When the Roolo arrived I thought it looked rather large, and maybe I’d ordered the wrong size. I contacted the company and had an IMMEDIATE phone call back.. I was reassured that this was a standard size which even very small dogs enjoyed. At my dogs meal time I tried the Roolo out- Sonny initially looked puzzled- but soon discovered how to get his kibble to dispense- he soon got up to speed and once emptied carried it back to his bed! Success- a real bonus to his day!

Great enrichment toy for my highly excitable Huskey/ Lab mix Blu. Great customer service too, our first one was faulty and within minutes of messaging someone rang me and sent out a replacement.
Definitely recommend.

Brilliant, bought two for Gus and Pep (Dachshunds), who throughly enjoy the Roolo. They sit and wait for them to come out of the cupboard.
The product is well thought out as far as appropriate for dogs. Would recommend to all dog owners.
If there is a negative perhaps a little big for say a Chihuahua

Amazing interactive toy! Gets dog’s mind thinking and provides a different style of play. My Rottweiler honestly loves it and provides a huge amount of mental enrichment. Hours of fun! Robust, practical and easy to use. Thank you ☺️

We really like the toy. Sadly our dog is too clever and only takes her five minutes max to get her food out of it. She really enjoys it though so it's OK. Just wish she would take longer!!

Grace absolutely loves this toy, it's far better than similar toys bought previously.
Easy to order, super quick delivery and customer service is great.
The toy is easy to clean, it's fun and safe for Grace to play with ( supervised as with any similar toys)

If you have a pup that bolts its food, then this is a game changer. Even if they don't, the Roolo provides brilliant mental, physical and sniffy stimulation and turns mealtimes into genuine enjoyment for your woofer AND you! They're really fun to watch as doggo gets the hang of it and learns how best to dispense their food. Roolo is so great, we've bought another one. A genuinely brilliant product

It seems to be good quality but unfortunately my dog border collie doesn't seem to know what to do if tryed playing with him but to no luck yet..

UPDATE within 12 hours of writing this I had an email from Lee in the company offering me half the money back. I wasn’t expecting the money back, and the excellent one on one customer service means Ive now given 4 stars (instead of 3). Wish more customer service departments were like this.

I paid £20 for this toy for my Cockapoo. Unfortunately he just doesn’t seem interested in it. The treats get stuck and I’ve broken them up into smaller pieces. Also you can’t leave them alone as instructions say not to leave alone with dog due to chewing which no good for my dog. Such a shame as it’s a great idea and looked better than a Kong.

The roolo has been a great success with my dogs. My pup guzzled her food, so we now put ½ her meal in this, which she loves and has slowed her right down. The only negative is that it can be a wee bit awkward to fill. We resolved this by using a funnel.

Unfortunately mine split within 20 minutes of my dog playing with it, however I contacted the company via email had a call back within minutes of them receiving the email. They apologised profusely saying it was s manufacturing fault and sent a replacement immediately.

The Roolo is fantastic, so much better than previous toys bought. Keeps Grace entertained and happy. Tires her out. It's safe and easy to clean. Would highly recommend

We’ve got 4 year old Romanian rescue. He’s a sweet guy but food is very high on his agenda. I thought we’d give the Roolo a try. Sadly Hamish just was not interested. I showed him how it worked several times, rolled it round and demonstrated how the food and other high value treats fell out. Still nothing. He just looks the Roola and then walks away. Not sure what the problem is but you can’t win them all, I suppose.
While our dog may not have liked the Roolo, I cannot fault the company’s response to my original post. Unprompted Lee phoned and offered a full refund. I was amazed by the level of customer care. And our local dog and cat home will very shortly take possession of the big, blue Roolo. I'm sure the dogs there will appreciate it properly!

My small Jackchi loves this. Afraid at first as it was big and new but eventually couldn’t resist the treat in it and now plays with it and no issues. Best purchase we’ve made for her. Thank you
