STAY AWAY!! DEPOSITED $50 AND WAS DECLINED ON THEIR END AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND ZERO RESOLUTION OR FOLLOW UP FROM THEM.. SERIOUSLY A SCAM SITE

Very bad on payouts. Need to let people win.

Money that I deposited got denied, but it still came out of my bank account. Play Alberta saying that it was the bank that didn't authorize. Not the case. Never playing on this site again. UPDATE:

Wow, Just bad. They ask for way too much just to sign up. Try out some demo plays and holy they are terrible. You literally cant win anything. Why would I deposit and play with my own money when the demo play is such a good advertisement to not play your games. I’ve tried out lots of online slots and this is by far the worst. RTP must be 1%.

I deposited a few $$$ .. my bank shows the money has been deposited to play Alberta.But on play Alberta, it shows the transaction was declined. But my money is gone from my bank.. just vanished and tried their help chat and got nothing. Such a scam!!!!

I deposited $500 by e-transfer and it was deposited to their account immediately however showed as declined on my play Alberta account and never received the funds. Play Alberta has very nicely just stated we will get to it when we get to it. If I could give a minus score I would. They are under staffed and take extreme times for support and payouts as well. Shame on Alberta government and AGLC.

I deposited $400 via e-transfer, and it was deposited into their bank instantly, then on my account it showed as 'declined' so I have $0 balance. Customer support provides 0 information on why, or how long it would take to resolve it. Asks for bank statement which you have to wait until the end of the month before they become available, and then I can upload. No timeline estimate, no guarantee you'll get your money back. Imagine some guy on the street took $400 from you and then says oops you get no service, won't tell you why or any information, and asks you to run around doing a bunch of work for a CHANCE to get your money back with no guarantees or timelines. You'd call the cops on that guy! Absolutely stay as FAR AWAY as possible from this site, complete garbage!!

Terrible policies and customer service. I somehow entered a wrong email and it changed to that. I contacted them and they said I had to send in 5 documents , drivers licence, passport , bank statement etc. I blacked out information related to transactions and balance. 6 wks later I call to follow up. Nothing had been done and was told they would escalated the matter. One month later I follow up again and was told they do not accept blacked out documents which is b.s. I have now sent them a statement that has zero balance and another utility statement. Once this is corrected and I can withdraw my funds that I won I will be closing the account and filing a complaint with consumer affairs and the better business bureau. Stay away from Play Alberta is my recommendation.

This place is a joke! Do not even bother with them. I deposited $17 …. Just $17 the deposit said failed and never went into my play Alberta account but it left my bank. I have uploaded a verified letter from the bank, an email from Interac with the reference number , my bank statement and a screen shot and they keep telling my uploads were rejected and you can’t speak to the accounting people. They don’t give free spins or any decent promotions and they treat you like sh** additionally they don’t even bother to contact you ever you have to keep calling and they keep telling you to call back in 2 days and never actually email or give one word of when your money will be returned. Advertise 300 plus live tables but ,international tables are always blocked due to geo location not allowed. This is a Alberta site why include international tables if no one in Alberta can access to play them. Fake misleading Advertising and information. Terrible site. They accept promo codes when you make a deposit, don't pay out the promo bonus and then claim you're not entitled to it. If a promo code is accepted, it should be paid out. People are making deposits on the understanding they will get the promo bonus. They also have cash bonuses and free bets that are supposed to be paid for live blackjack and sports betting. I have been having constant issues with them not paying out these bonuses to me and will only do it after I call customer service every week (maybe). I think they do this deliberately hoping you won't fight them over it. They have screwed me out of bonuses many times and they do it on probably most of the promos. The customer service is mostly useless. You would hope a government run site would be better than this. I would stay away from this site. It is the worst experience of any gaming/gambling site I've ever had.

They kept declining deposits that were Verified by my bank. Bank approved every single deposit but PA said it was declined and in the end, call your bank was their response. I told them what was said all 3 times I contacted a human with a voice. PA didn’t offer that respect. Beyond frustrated! Had to give them 1 star as it wouldn’t let me give them none.

I took a 15 spin bonus for a deposit. I made one a total of $15 on it, then. I went and played another game for a long time. I ended up winning $272 on that game. Then when I went to withdraw it, they would not let me do it because I had the bonus game and I had to spin like I don't know a million more times to receive the money. They display RTP % but it is a lie. I have these slots a chance and even when you hit bonus rounds it doesn’t pay all that great, and that is a big IF.
