Before depositing do the documentation

I can't understand why you're allowed to deposit really easy but when it comes to withdrawals it's impossible surely it's best before anyone deposits anything you as a site should make sure that verification is done first, I've uploaded the relevant documentation but still refusing to pay out, my details are worth more than £60,

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. DO NOT USE OR PLAY. You win big and they can not give a valid or simple explanation to why they have taken all your money off you, for no reason. Emailed so many times to the point have got the Gambler Commisioners involved. DO not us at all, full on SCAMMERS

Avoid.

Opened an account principally to bet on horse racing. I wouldn't advise anyone else to for the following reasons.

1. Important rules on maximum winnings and stakes buried away in Terms & Conditions that nobody would ever come across. You cannot duplicate bets so as to have more on than the permitted maximum of £250 per race.
2. Takes nearly 5 days for withdrawal monies to reach your bank account.
3.They won't allow you to withdraw more than £500 at a time.
4. No live chat and responses to e-mails take too long.

I fell foul of one of the hidden rules on several occasions. The system allows a maximum single bet of £250, and as I wanted to have more on, I duplicated bets, of which some won, some lost. Weeks after the first time I did this, they deducted £1,090 from my balance on account of the duplicated bets. No advice from them beforehand, and I only found out about it by questioning them. However, despite many requests, they have refused to show how they have arrived at this figure, and I simply do not know if it is correct. To have this amount deducted when I had placed the bets in good faith is bad enough, to not know if they have deducted more than they were allowed to, is even worse.

Avoid.
