Backbone Tech Experience
My experience with the Backbone, including that I bought one since December last year was great, especially the customer support whenever an issue with the gadget arised, yet I experienced it. Regardless of the amazing customer support and effective communication, I do hope that the Backbone controller will receive more tuned fixes and improvements to it, as there are some cases from that gadget where there are chances of causing malfunctions like I have two times on the left side of the controller that it didnt work moderately well after three months of use, which lowers the interest of using the controller for other customers, including myself, yet I honestly appreciate for the warranty claims when the controller is starting to be defective. Henceforth, I hope everything for the Backbone will continue to pour in a lot of workmanship and logistics to provide better gaming experience, reliability and usage to many mobile users like myself, to enjoy the controller and keep the product in good shape for everyone, and keep the customer support ready and active to serve for their customers at its very best.
Easy to replace, why not give it a try?
The company did well on helping me get my backbone replace since mine had an issue with the buttons. I was able to summit my replacement request, so I’m extremely happy. I been using back bone products for 3 years now

I’ve purchased a few Backbones, luv them but the left side of one gave out after 8months, Amazon wouldn’t help but Backbone did. A simple form request to support and my Amazon receipt and they sent me a return label. Its in the mail rt now, hoping for a repair or replacement. Easy & speedy support, would buy from them again 👍
