Ever since I got a back bone it became one of my favorite gaming platforms. I recently ran into an issue with my back bone but the support team was very helpful and they are currently helping me solve that issue.

8/10 for service 3/10 for communication had no idea my replacement was sent no tracking information but i got it nonetheless

I unintentionally ordered a second backbone, so I submitted a ticket to cancel the order. The team responded quickly and resolved the issue, but they also took time to ask if they could help and were incredibly positive. I have had nothing but great experience with this company over multiple transations.

Larry, the customer service agent is very nice very professional understanding. Understood my situation and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

I needed a replacement phone case adapter for my Backbone One ver 2, because I lost the original. Not only did the company quickly respond and ship one to me, to my surprise they didn't charge me anything! Really great customer service.

The build quality is great! It's a great mobile- experience.
However, there is one significant drawback that I can't overlook: not a single phone case fits my Backbone. This has been a persistent issue that dampens an otherwise great product. Every time I want to use the Backbone, I have to remove my phone case, which is quite inconvenient and leaves my phone vulnerable to potential damage.

This company ships defective products. Brand new right out of the box doesn’t work. Customer service had no idea how to fix it either so I just had to return it for a refund.

Once the product was ordered, BackBone fulfilled the order quickly. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. I am familiar with the Backbone One (for IOS and Android) and enjoyed the mobility of the game platform. I play Destiny 2 on it. Until Backbone, Destiny 2 was solely a desktop game (...for me). The screen view is small but clear.

Answer was fast, and then my controller arrived fast as well, I’m anxious to open the box and play!

If you had proof of purchase, they processed it quickly.

Great service! No clue there was a warranty on these controllers so I missed out but to still receive help is outstanding!
