I am very impressed with Backbone's after-sales service. It far exceeded my expectations. I just tried using their system for contacting product claims, thinking it would be complicated, and I had given up on claiming products from abroad since I am outside the US. I am in Thailand but received service incredibly fast—so fast and surprising that the product arrived before I even knew my claim had been approved. It's an excellent product in both design and service. I will definitely tell others and recommend it to my friends. The quality is really worth the price.

Best support of any company!
I’ve had my Backbone one since it was released in 2020 and as of lately while trying to remote play on my PlayStation the screenshot button just kept taking pictures. I was basically ready to just say it was time to buy something else. Before that I decided to just contact support and tell them. I wasn’t expecting much since I was well out of my warranty. To my surprise I was met with the opportunity to send my backbone one back and get a refurbished one sent to me at no charge to me at all. They sent me the shipping label and I was able to just put it in an old box and send it out. This is the best I’ve seen any company treat longtime supporter and customer. Never leaving them and will recommend them to anyone looking for a controller for mobile devices.
