Brilliant customer service. Quick with solutions to a problem i had and solved it in no time.

My pod had 3 lights flashing and would not sync with the app. Killian at customer services told me to connect the pod to a pc and that should help reset the pod. Tried it and tested it and it had worked!

Playertek helps me push harder each session now that i can visualise my performance. It's a great piece of tech. Been using it for over a year and i sorely missed it when it wasn't working for a couple of weeks.. Highly recommended even if you only play recreationally. I track my outdoor 7 aside game weekly with no problems with gps signal etc.

I purchased Playertek for my Sons football 2yrs ago and its been fantastic for him, the information it gives you about, the individual session or game is brilliant, Distance covered, sprint distance, heat map, and much more I feel from my experience this product is the one to purchase, the software and usability is second to none the app is easy to use and the tracker is hard waring and has been used in all weathers

I got a technical problem on my pod, which app cannot load pod's data at all.
I contacted Killian and received some advices to solve my pod's problem. Seems it needs a replacement but very appreciate his tries and services.

Fantastic product. Had an issue with a training session i deleted by mistake. Contacted customer service and they replied immediately and retrieved the seasion. Excellent customer service.

I had trouble with my PLAYERTEK pod as it wouldn’t connect to the app and once I contacted customer service they were right on top of it and before I knew it they had fixed the problem within a few emails sent back and forth.

The charger to the gps vest had broke and I emailed asking where I could purchase a replacement . I was answered within 24 hours by killian who was extremely helpful and a replacement has been sent out to me

Easy to wear and unobtrusive. The stats displayed in the app are useful for me. The customer service (Killian) is fantastic - great response over email.

The improvement I’m hoping they will make to the app is making it easier to import game sessions. Currently it requires having to remember exactly when start/stop times of both halves of the match are to get an accurate reading, which I won’t know as I don’t tend to look at a watch whilst playing!

I really like the Playertek product. I've been using it a year when a syncing problem appeared. After contacting the support, and runnig some tests with them, they have arranged for a replacement pod to be sent to me. Everything went smoothly and quickly. 5 stars!
