Son has been using playertek for 2 years and loves the feedback he can get from it!
Had to use customer support for first time recently and problems were sorted well and the service provided was quick (although there is currently only email support!)

Simple to use
Simple to use, gives some great data, tracks everything. I love the heat maps. One thing I wish is more sizes for the vest, even the smallest is too large for my son. I'm trying to figure out a way to make it smaller.

Very good product however
Very good product however, it would be good if the product was able to switch from 'Training' to 'Game' mode via the app. For example, if say I'm warming up before the game I can wear the vest and simply go to the app and press a button to let it know the game will start now rather than have to go through the process of putting it on.
Also, it would be great if it could take down shots and passes.

The purchasing experience was smooth…
The purchasing experience was smooth and the product is good. However days after purchasing and convincing other team mates to purchase I was informed my product was now the old version and a newer improved version had been released. Not impressed that i was sold a older product.
