Poor customer service
Other than with the online chat, I have not had my enquiry answered from Playertek. Could not get a response from them as to why their item was $169 in my basket, but when I went to checkout of it, it went to $199. Was told by the person I was talking to online that I would have to wait for someone to get back to me and if the price went up I would have to pay that, even tho I had a screen shot of the price of their item in my basket. I purchased the product for $199, and still have had no contact from them as to why this happened!

Overall I like the PlayerTek package
Overall I like the PlayerTek package. However somethings can be updated or improved on. On the “Sprints” map I wish there was a way to track how quickly a player got up to speed in time\feet\meters\yards in how long (in distance) did the player maintain that speed. Also on the “Sprints” map, I should be able to click a certain “sprint arrow” and it give me information on that sprint. Just two issues that I have with PlayerTek BUT I am very happy with the product and I wish I would have found it sooner. Also even though the app works well on a cellphone, I would highly recommend using it a tablet or laptop computer.

Two pod Novice.
Have had two pods for several weeks and been getting useful data to feedback to the Players using them each weekend. Have had two opportunities to contact the Customer Support recently; received 5 star support from Ryan on the first occassion concerning using multiple pods on one mobile phone, and likewise top answers to my heatmaps challenge.
I can 100% recommend the technical support on offer.

Want to say a massive massive thank you to Matthew in customer services, lost our charger it grew a pair of legs and vanished. Playertek gps was less than 2 weeks old. Matthew went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend this company for any issues that you may have

Everything excellent, but with room to improve !
I'm not at all sorry about the purchase. I am quite satisfied with the ease of running the entire service. However, I think there is a lot of room for improvement:
- Ability to shorten a workout, when the POD stays on longer than it should
- Ability to name different fields on the same site. Example: Same site, but different dimensions ... in each exercise could choose which dimensions of the field I played
- Multi-sport capability. I think this would be the biggest asset of Playertek
- Pairing external equipment. Example: HR sensor
- Web access. This would be very good.
- Share activities with Strava and / or Apple Health
I think it is the best equipment on the market, but I know you will certainly have a team that is always looking to improve your service.
