I signed up a few months ago and was quite overwhelmed with the sheet music so I asked for a refund before the 30 days. I received my refund thank you. I then spoke to someone that was using this programme and she explained a few things to me regarding the app and I thought I might try it again. I am now using it with more ease and not too concerned about learning sheet music as I am just learning for a bit of fun.

It was easy to register and login, have only used the sessions once so far but happy with the experience, lots of fun links to learn from, the lessons are easy yet challenging so keep you on your toes but don't confuse

I'm really enjoying this product. So far I've used it daily and can see the improvements. The video tutorials are great preps for the lessons. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to play the piano.

The app is great an teaching me a lot since day 1. I would only recommend optimizing slightly the user experience (when it comes to open courses or other open things it is not so obvious, I would welcome for example somethinv similar to Netflix experience). Also jump start for more experienced players eould be cool, quicker way to estimate current level and suggest more appropriate content to begin with. Thanks

It works really well for me. I can sit down whenever I have a chance and play for as long as I want. I really enjoy all of the extra courses that open up. Playing with MIDI is a challenge. I can play the progressions well but with the computer timing you, there is NO room for any human variance so you get yellow notes that score against you even if you are just a fraction off time. Minor nuisance. Overall, well worth the cost of the course

We purchased the Annual family plan. Initially, I goofed up the redemption code. This was quickly resolved by the team.

After using Playground sessions for about three weeks we wanted to change from Annual Family plan to Lifetime Family plan. This again was seamlessly addressed by team. Our annual plan amount was refunded and the lifetime plan was initiated.

Which changing the plan, some of the sessions that we had previously unlocked were not visible. This again, was quickly resolved by the team.

We have never played any musical instrument before, in our lives. We are throughly enjoying the method of teaching. I never thought I could play the piano with both hands but I love the way the sessions are planned.

Everything easy to navigate, order processed promptly and without fuss.

Fantastic, and just what I needed to stay motivated in advancing my piano skills. 100% happy.

I tried to pay with my debit card from Hungary. First my bank called me to approve my unusual payment, I approved it. Then the PGS website sent me error messages several times so I contact your customer service. We couldn't figure out what could have been the problem, the last advice was to try paying through paypal which I didn't have. I asked my brother who had paypal but the payment was declined with the same error message. Finally my brother set up a new virtual card, we added it to his paypal account and it was accepted at last. Ordering a lifetime plan took me almost 2 hours and it was really annoying. I suppose your security restrictions are too strict but I'm not familiar with these kind of IT issues at all. Anyway I enjoy the program very much. Thanks, Balint

I have tried other products, and this one provides a huge number of lessons and songs. The one drawback for me is that I do not see an overview of the whole plan to make me a competent piano player; I just follow the exercises presented, and hope for the best. I still believe that this product will get me where I want to be. Thanks!

it is very good even for a beginner, lots of practice

My husband bought me Playground Sessions for Christmas. I did not have a keyboard-only a piano. I saw the keyboard was on sale and called to inquire. I was quickly given the sale price with no hassle as it was designed to give you the sessions with it and they extended my membership! Way to go!
