I asked Claire to cancel my account and within minutes se explained the situation, bus assure me the account is canceled.

This is a scam

This is a scam.
I ended up subscribing because of a misleading ad on Instagram. They were promoting a product at a special price, but during checkout, I was unknowingly signed up for two subscriptions. They don’t even let you cancel the recurring charges until after 24 hours, and they don’t offer refunds. I’ve already filed a complaint with my bank. Don’t fall for it.

Update from April 7 2025, I was contacted by support they asked me to leave a review, so far it’s been good support but I won’t change my score until I get me refund

My account will be refunded according to her , I really appreciate as soon as it is I'll unblock my online payment method.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM.

They posed as a website who is offering discounted items. Unfortunately, they would get money from your account on a weekly basis and use it as your "points" to buy from their website. I asked for cancellation and refund but they initially requested for a 5 star review and no mentioning of the words "cancellation" or "refund" or else I will not get any refund. When I cancelled my card, thats when I only get a cancellation notice.

Please beware and be mindful guys.
