plastic wallet as well instead the faux tube clock, after paypal seller protection they first offered me a refund of 14 dollar even before the package was arriving... now I am dealing with PayPal.... and I have sent them this link as well.... I hope really playsdom get bannend from PayPal but unfortunately they might start with a new fake Company.... usually I had very good experience with China order eg Banggood Wish and Ali sadly Playsdom seems to play with this good reputation

Scammed with a cheap plastic wallet instead of ordered rgb glow tube clock.

Sent an email, when i recieved the parcel, at service#playsdom.com but no reply at all.

got wa wallet instead of DIY electronics kit, when I reed here, this happened too often to be a mistake

Cheap plastic wallet.. Ordered a psudo rgb clock

Changed it to an PayPal claim. PayPal came to the solution that i could return the vallet, and get a full refund. The shipping alone would cost 45 USD, and I would get 33.98 in return.. Dont know what to do now..

After i decided not to return the wallet, the case was from PayPal closed in sellers flavour..

After 2 weeks i got an e-mail from PayPal that they would refund the full amount

Scammed as well. Ordered the Glow Tube Light, like every one else and got the fake leather wallet. Emailed both the customer service email and the email connected to their paypal account and got two separate responses. One was a refund of the purchase price (no shipping) and the other offered to have me pay the return shipping, $35 in order to get the clock, or to buy the wallet for 40% of their $55 web price. Once I threatened to contact paypal, they said they are refunding the money in 3-5 days. In 3, I file a dispute. Ordered the clock through Banggood... have had luck with them before and understand it can be 6 weeks before I see it.

I ordered the RGB pseudo glow tube clock about a couple weeks ago. I was excited to see that I got a notification that my clock was delivered. I looked at my front steps to see nothing. I automatically knew something was wrong.

I then checked my mailbox. I saw a package, but it was in no way possible to hold that clock. (about 5''x5'') I opened the bag, and I had received a wallet. A plain brown wallet. I looked on the back, to see that the value for the wallet was 5$ Usd. I paid 30$ Usd, not including taxes and shipping for a 5$ wallet.

In case any of you are wondering, yes, I checked the tracking number on both my phone and the package, they were the same.

I highly recommend that all of you stay far, far away from this site.

This is my personal experience with this site, maybe the shipping got mixed up, but I highly doubt it. After receiving the package, I looked up the site's reviews and trust factor, only to see that on scamdoc, it had a trust rating of 2%. For anyone who doesn't know, scamdoc rates sites out of 100, the higher the number, the better, and the lower, the worst. To see that it was rated a 2% baffled me. I automatically called my bank and changed my card so that playsdom doesn't have my banking info.

Stay far way, you've been warned.

I ordered a laser engraver from playsdom.com which was about 50% cheaper than aliexpress for same item. Tracking stopped for nearly 2 weeks, then I got my item, surprise, surprise, a cheap plastic wallet, and the zip was broken.

I have also ordered a led tube clock and i got a 5$ cheap artificial leather wallet. They offered to resend the clock or return the money when i send the wallet back which would cost 44€ or that i can keep the wallet and get back 40% of the price of the clock.iam not sure but they are not good at math. So don't ordered here.

I filed a complaint at PayPal and got my money back with 3 minutes.

Ordered a popup tent for back of car, recieved a necklace. Emailing them now to see what happened but feels like fraud to me.

These people are totall fraud and cheat, I have no clue how Facebook allows them to put their add in Face book, I wouldnt buy anything from Facebook add anymore and from Chinese sellers.

Approach with caution!!! Everything about this company suggests they are a scam. This review is specifically regarding their offer for Qwertywriter keyboards at $23.99. Firstly - these keyboards are over £200 on every other site I could find. The item you receive is likely be a cheap copy. I also noticed that on their return policy page, they don't give an address - saying that they'll send it you by email. This means if you want to return the item, the address they email to you will probably be in China, and postage will cost MORE than you paid for the item - and postage is non-refundable. Sadly I speak from experience of similar sites. Added note - the social media links on their website don't lead anywhere and their facebook page was only created about 3 weeks ago. The website is also fake - the homepage makes it look like a lifestyle company, but none of the links work. As soon as the negative reviews start flooding in, they'll take the site down, change their name, and start again under a different name. STEER CLEAR. SCAM SITE.
