Absolutely scams. Won $890. Says 3-5 buisness days for money to be deposited. We are on day 9 now and customer supports reply is “we sent it, not sure contact ur bank”

Absolutely DISGUSTING robbers. There’s a huge bonus for first time users that says get 100% match up to 250. Once I got the bonus I won over 1000 quickly wellllll playing over 250. Once I went to withdraw it wouldn’t let me. When I spoke to there dumb unhelpful employee named Carlo and he tells me I have to PLAY 7500$ before I could access the bonus money OR MY DEPOSITED
MONEY.

Playstar is a scam. You will never win. For example if you put $100 they will match it. And you have to play for $3000 before you will be able to make a withdraw. It is like you are playing for them for free. The government need to close that app. Please people stay away form that app.

My first time playing on this site and I made a small deposit was winning hit a big hand and then game glitched shut down gave me an error code and made me close the game. Never won another nickel after that was up almost $100 contacted Joe from support never offered me compensation just excuses so I closed my account. Save your money play somewhere else. I find it funny that before u give the review it says to be honest.Like are u kidding me? This casino is the biggest crock of sh#t. They do not pay whatsoever. I can't even get lucky. I have played several different versions of online casinos. My win to loss is usually 30%. Typical. Biggest scam stole my 1000 deposit . Did the match deposit then after I did it said I wasn't allowed to withdraw until I spent 30,000 dollars and come to find out only stupid slots count as money spent towards the 30k smi was up to 4k on black jack so then I cancelled the bonus and they ste my 1000 original deposit saying I spent my original on playing meanwhile I didn't lose a hand in black jack they are liars and thieves complete crooks do not use total scam trust me do yourself a favor and stay away wish I read reviews myself first. Of course I was not credited the money and they got away with stealing a boat load of my money! Already had reported these fraudsters to the gaming agency and authorities!

Rarely win. Spent hundreds of dollars to get to a Bonus and you win $30. Play, play and play and sometimes never get to bonus. Spent over $5000 in a month and never won a big bonus over $200.. Not worth the money

I don't have access to the game developers and only played a particular game that Playstar PROVIDED me with, on their platform. I am not a customer of the game developer, but a customer of Playstar. Any game on Playstar platform is the responsibility of Playstar to ensure playstar customer has an acceptable experience. Customer service.....does it even exist as a concept with playstar? Not in my experience. Do they just expect everyone to give them money for launching a platform in an already saturated market? Agree with previous poster....NJ CCC should and will be notified.
