Last Minute Stress
The first time I used Playter, there were some admin issues close to the payment date, but the team were helpful and got everything sorted in time. The second time, I reached out weeks in advance to make sure everything was in place. What they didn’t tell me until the day before the payment was due was that the bill would only be spread over 3 months, not 6.
At no point had they mentioned that their credit team might offer less favourable terms - especially surprising, as our financials are stronger now than they were last quarter. Once again, the team did what they could, so I’m not giving a 1-star review, but the lack of transparency made for a very frustrating experience.

Great service
The platform is really easy to use and it's a seamless process from adding a new bill to payment being made. Any queries are promptly dealt with by the customer services team who in turn are readily available to support when needed.
