It takes a bit of patience to get started, but I find the tests Playtest Cloud offers to be fun and varied. They are always sending out surveys for opportunities for tests and are quick to follow up on any problems. Just recently, a test was paused due to technical difficulties. On the due date, I was given more information and paid for my time spent testing. I found this very professional and courteous. You won't make millions, but the pocket change is always nice.

I’ve spent over a year doing playtests, and then recently I do one, they don’t give me the money, make excuses, then they kicked me out of the programme.

Good for small $$
Joined them & honestly some surveys are awful but some are genuinely fun. Compared to others like scrambly or freecash the cashback is slow but they seem to actually take time to review your responses before sending anything out. So I'd recommend only taking surveys that sound interesting to you otherwise it's really a drag. At the very least receiving payment feels more guaranteed than others where you have to 'qualify' since emails are sent out based off your profile already.

I have been testing with them for at least 5 years, if not more. It's a fun way to make a little extra money. The tests come and you play a game, it's as simple as that. If I've encountered a problem, I just reply to the email the test was sent to and it gets sorted out right away.
I have not had any negative experiences with Playtest Cloud. I highly recommend them and have told a few of my friends the basics of the testing and to try it out.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service and the help(at)playtestcloud.com email representative Emily doesn't really help you at all and instead gives vague answers to your questions almost as if its an ai response system. Not to mention their lack of support for quite literally anything.
