Good product, very good comunication, incredibly good price.

I ordered a Ivolt avenger 12V ride on jeep for my grand daughters christmas, I ordered it on the Saturday and it arrived on the Tuesday. With order I received private number plates which came the next day. I will defo use this company again. The jeep is truly amazing and easy to build. Hopefully my grand daughter will get lots of fun.

Item arrived by courier ahead of expected delivery timescale and my granddaughter's birthday. Tracking was not easy but based on delivery it was not a major issue,

Would have given 5 stars, but only half my order came. But it came in an amazingly quick time to the highlands. The second half was just as quick once sorted out as well.

Our product arrived very promptly and we were really pleased with the service we received. The only thing I would raise is that the quad bike we bought plays the most annoying music on the planet when you press one of the buttons, incidentally the same tune that my child's cheap flashing light toy that I bought him at a bonfire plays, and needless to say there is no mention of this on the product description on the company website. Had I known it played music to annoy all the neighbours then I doubt I would have bought it but unfortunately by the time it has all been assembled it is too late!

Bought quad bike for my grandson for Christmas the delivery was perfect. My husband put it together without a hitch. Can't wait to see his face when he see's it. The whole experience of dealing with Playtimes was great, And I would recommend them to anyone.

after placing the order, i was worried as i had no comformation, as i had placed the order on a sat, i assumed that i would get comformation, so i emailed them , but they managed to sort it all, out the next day one part of my order arrivied, the bext day the other part arrivied, they should have come together.
I hope when we get to put the trampoline together it goes smoothly as after reading other comments i am now concerened that we may have bits missing and it a christmas pressent for my grandsons

Quad bike was delivered extremely quickly, very impressed. Was relatively easy to put together and we are very pleased with it. Hope the daughter likes it at Christmas!
